One suggestion - a breadboard would be a helpful addition to the kitchen utensils. Also the shower head in the downstairs bathroom is leaking badly - needs replacing.

the location - very close to the village but at the same time lovely and quiet. superb views

some of the appliances are past their best. especially the fridge

Excellent location with beautiful view of scenic pond and hills behind. Great spot for viewing the birdlife. Quiet cul-de-sac with no road noise. Very short walk through hotel grounds to shops, restaurants and pools. Spacious rooms and house.

Fixtures and supplied equipment & utensils dated. Needs everything replaced with quality items at this price point. Like who has cassettes and CDs nowadays? Lacking in modern kitchen appliances and utensils. Loads of firewood but the fire itself is a poor performer. Why install a euro brand when theres much better kiwi alternatives that chuck out heat. Good we had the back up heat pump.

Location was fantastic.

Centrally located and very quiet .

Ducks quacking at all hours however we should have expected hem around a pond . Great outlook though.
