Nestled in Siesta Beach, this attractive villa for $422 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Property Manager! Crescent Beach, Siesta Key Florida. This attractive 2 bedroom, 2 bath villa is 1000 sq. ft. It has a large living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, all appliances, screened lanai. It is 1000 sq. ft. The unit has a king, 2 twins, sleeper sofa. It has 3 tv's, dvd, stereo and covered parking. There is free wi-fi in the unit! Island House is located on one of the widest parts of one of the most beautiful beaches in central florida. It is a very short distance to the water. This attractive complex has 2 beach cabanas, beach chairs. There is a large heated swimming pool, recreation room with pool, ping pong, air hockey. There are many shops, restaurants, golf courses in the area. Busch Gardens/Adventure Island is one hour away and Disney/Epcot is 21/2 hours. Come visit us at the Island House and make your vacation a most memorable one!!

Great location.
Overall our stay was very good. Had great weather and the Island House villas are only steps away from beach and/or the pool. This was our third visit to Island House and this was our least favorite unit. The floors were dirty when we arrived and the mattresses on the twin beds need replaced. The master bedroom was very comfortable but the bathroom was small. The tv remote in the living room was stuck at one volume so there were just little things that detracted from our usual enjoyment. I would still recommend Island House.

Awesome resort!
We enjoyed Villa 15 very much. The resort layout was perfect and 15 is right in the middle making it an easy walk with our 4 kids to either beach or pool. The layout of the villa is better than other villas as the wall btwn kitchen/living room is gone and it was a nice big area for our 6 person family. The bathrooms could be updated with some minor adjustments and the floors mopped would be our only complaints. Already rebooked for next year can't wait :)

We have been coming to Island house for the last 33 years. The villa is clean, comfortable, the staff goes out of their way to assist. Scott who retired this year was very friendly and helpful! Now Sunny, Jill and Jan are friendly and helpful as well! Liliana and Juan Carlos are awesome too!

Overall our stay was very good. Had great weather and the Island House villas are only steps away from beach and/or the pool. Great Villa, one minute from the beach and one minute to the pool. Covered private carport is excellent especially when it is raining. Can't wait to come back.

Had a mini family reunion with 3 villas. Wonderful location and amenities. Very clean with comfortable beds. Living room furniture needs replaced but otherwise a great trip. Will definitely book again. Thank you Island house!!
