Located in Holmes Beach, this attractive villa for $333 per night is a great option for your next break. Welcome to Anna Maria's Dream! This newly remodeled and furnished two-bedroom, two-bathroom vacation duplex is in the heart of Holmes Beach. Guests will enjoy a well-equipped kitchen perfect for preparing a gourmet meal or cook outdoors on the gas grill. The living area is spacious, with plenty of seating for family and friends to take in a movie on the flat panel HDTV. There is a breakfast bar with seating for 4. The master bedroom has a Queen size bed and flat screen TV. The guest room has a Full size bed, with a Twin bunk and separate Twin bed, a flat screen TV and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. There is also a hall bathroom with a walk-in shower. The back area of the house has an additional sitting area which is not under a/c. Washer and dryer are available in the property as well as a beach cart. Anna Maria's Dream accommodates up to six people. HIGHLIGHTS • 940 sq ft. • Shaded outdoor dining area • 0.1 miles from bay access • 0.5 miles from beach access BEDROOMS • Sleeps 6 • Primary Bedroom: Queen • Second Bedroom: Full/Twin Bunk Beds BATHROOMS • Primary Bathroom: Walk-in Shower • Second Bathroom: Walk-in Shower EXTERIOR Enjoy outdoor dining with a large dining setting under a huge umbrella and use the gas grill to fire up a great dinner. There are two parking spaces reserved for the guests of this property. Please keep in mind that you are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night.
