Only 200 metres away from the property there are 2 bus stops with bus lines to the area of San Agustin, where you will find several sandy beaches, and to Plaza España, where you can catch any bus line, the TIB (transport from Palma to towns) and the train. In addition, in the area of the property you can park on the street without having to pay. This property is the best option to visit the beautiful city of Palma at any time of the year, we are looking forward to your arrival! - - - - - IMPORTANT NOTES - - - - - The first 30€ of consumption (approximately 100kWh) are included in the total price. Any consumption above this amount will be paid by the customer, the price of 0,35€/kWh. During the low season – when heating systems might be necessary- a total 30€ of consumption will be included for each booking, independently of the system being electric or non-electric. Non-electric heating systems can use gas, gas oil or propane as the source of combustion depending on the installation type in the property. Tax for Sustainable Tourism will be paid at 2,20€ per person and per night. Children under 16 years old do not pay this tax. Bed linen, a set of towels for the shower and beach towels are provided for each guest. Please note that this villa is in a residential area and the neighbours' rest should be respected. The property is a quaint 3 bedroomed single storied house - 1 double and 2 twin rooms. 2 shower rooms with plenty of hot water. One shower room is in fact across the courtyard in the utility room (not mentioned in the details). Lovely to have outside space in the pretty courtyard. There are beautiful paintings on the walls painted by the owner’s father. The owners are a lovely couple who greeted us on our arrival. The location is a bit of a walk to the centre. 1/2 hour to the sea. Ok for us as we like to walk but should be aware.

Charming and well maintained home! We enjoyed the sunny patio at all times of the day surrounded by a beautiful lemon tree and lush plants cared for with love by the owner. The house is spacious - perfect for the three of us single women. It's beautifully decorated - spotlessly clean. The kitchen is well equipped with plenty of plates, pots and pans and more. There is easy access to trains, buses and taxis. Nice quiet old residential neighbourhood - with local cafes, restaurants etc. Mateo welcomed us with tasty Spanish treats. Thanks to David too - he responded instantly to our questions. It was a perfect 2week holiday. Thank you

Mateo was extremely helpful & told us everything we needed to know about the property & locality. Clean,comfortable, brilliantly equipped & close to Palma centre. Couldn’t ask for more. All four of us were more than happy with the property & would consider returning if we ever came back to Palma.

Very nice house very close to the center of Palma, we did not use a taxi for the whole stay. When we arrived there was bread, water, fruit and a nice I guess Mallorca sausage. We did not used the house equipment that much since we had nearly all of our meals out. In the area where the house is located there is a very nice supermarket, one of the best I have been in Mallorca, and I have been in Mallorca a lot. There are also lot of restaurants close to house. I could really recommend this house! -

Die Unterkunft war super. Alles wie beschrieben und sehr zentral gelegen. In der wuseligen Großstadt bietet Mateos Unterkunft eine Ruheoase um neue Energie zu tanken. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und Mateo war sehr gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Absolut empfehlenswert! -

We met Mateo who gave us a very thorough explanation of the entire home and provided many great suggestions on where to eat. The nicest thing about check in was the array of food he provided us meat, cheese, bread, ensaimada. I’ve never received that much of a welcome gift from previous hosts. The home itself is very large and well equipped with everything one needs. Private parking was definitely a bonus. The house does require a walk into town which is not a big deal but something to pay attention to if you want to be closer to the center of Palma. -

The villa was excellent. It was well equipped with a fantastic welcome pack. Everything that we needed to get our break off to a perfect start. We were guided around the property by Matteo who took the time out to explain where everything was, how it worked, and even had a list of some great local restaurants, bars, bakeries etc. The patio was a bonus and we could pick our own lemons from the tree in the courtyard for G&Ts. There was also a roof terrace that was in the sun all day. Parking in the garage which was a two minute walk was a bonus. -

Le logement est grand, facilement accessible et proche du centre ville. La terrasse est très jolie et spacieuse et le rooftop apporte un petit plus très agréable ! Le propriétaire est très gentil et la communication se fait facilement par message whatsapp. Il a été très flexible au niveau des horaires et nous a même offert quelques courses à notre arrivée ! Le logement est très intéressant pour des personnes ayant pour but de visiter Palma et ses alentours !! Merci beaucoup ! Merci beaucoup de nous avoir accueilli dans votre logement, nous l’avons trouvé très agréable ! Merci également pour votre gentillesse, votre flexibilité au niveau des horaires et pour les petites courses que vous avez offert à notre arrivée ! :)

We had a great time at this wonderful villa. Everything you need is present, including a washing machine, nespresso machine and a BBQ. The garden is great, there are 2 bath rooms and the air conditioning makes the temperature inside very comfortable. The hosts are great and really kind. On the table was a Mallorcan speciality, a bottle of wine and some tapas when we arrived. Very sweet! -

Magnifique maison spacieuse au centre de Palma. Avec ses trois chambres et trois lits king size, elle convient parfaitement pour un groupe de six amis ou trois couples. Sa terrasse est luxuriante et magnifique, le rooftop est un sacré point positif. La cuisine est très bien équipée cuisinière à gaz, grand frigo avec congélateur et lave-vaisselle, il y a aussi une machine à laver et un sèche-linge. Il y a même une place de parc dans un garage sous-terrain situé à 3 minutes qui est mise à disposition. De plus, Matteo nous a accueilli très chaleureusement avec des spécialités de l’île. Je ne peux que recommander ce logement! -

Erg fijn en ruim huis. Prachtige patio erbij. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien. Enige “nadeel” is dat het wat verder van de stad vandaan ligt, maar verder een perfecte Airbnb met warme ontvangst van de host -
