Very good
The condo was on the north finger. Updated bathrooms, kitchen and furniture. It is very clean and it has a washer and dryer to make your stay feel like home
The condo is far from restaurants and markets so you need a minimum of a golf cart to do grocery shopping . It has only 2 outdoor chairs, it should be with 4 so you don't have to bring the indoor chairs outside

Exceptional
We loved our stay here. The villa was very well equipped and in a great location a short walk from the fantastic beach. Our hosts were truly exceptional. They were easily contactable, responsive and helpful from the moment we booked the trip to when we left. Highly recommended.
Nothing.

The overall look of the villa is old and bad maintained. The cost per night was not justified.
the villa is located close to Jolly harbour beach and marina
The water on the tap is yellow, not drinkable. We were not aware of that based on the site description. The water from the system require to switch between city water and unit water pump. We were not aware of that based on the site description. The water pump we believe was broken as it make a lot of noise when running water on the tap. WAS Not comfortable to stay inside while water tap is running. There was a ceiling leak that produce hazards of fall and slip and had injured while walking in the living room. The ceiling show few locations of previous leaks. There were no minimum necessary consumables inside the villa, The landlord told us in the day of arrival to buy toilet paper , paper towels, kitchen essentials and cooking basics. We spend $300 US next day we arrived to be able to live decent inside the villa. The Outlets on the wall look like 110V but actually we’re 220V. We brought Canada 110V electric water pick that was burned out due to the misleading outlet look and lack of information on the site description. There is no mention on the villa description that the outlets were 220V, while the appearance was misleading. The outdoor patio cushions were old and look uninviting to sit on it.

Superb
very bright and clean property. very close to the beach, there’s a supermarket, bars & restaurants on site. almost like staying in a resort. it felt very safe
the shower pressure wasn’t great, and we also had to put the curtains up our self in the main bedroom, they were quiet long enough so was very bright. But everything else was perfect :)

property poor but functional the area was perfect as well as the beaches
location
the property was so tired and needed a good cleaning as well as decorating new floor tiles as a lot were broken, there was a shortage of light bulbs in the fittings, kitchen cabinets are old but it did work, one of the toilets was constantly smelling of sewage that it could not be used for the 1st week but managed to get that sorted , however the letting agent Giuliana was the perfect host and helped us were she could, I would recommend anyone staying there to sort out transport whether it be a car or a golf buggy before the go as it is such a long way to the nearest amenities all in all we had a fantastic Holiday but would look for a more updated and modern property.

The assistance and the patio by the water are the excellent points of this villa.
Upon arrival I was given a super briefing where I was explained all the services of the house and what to see in Antigua. I only had one afternoon off so I visited the nearby beaches with a rental car.
Everything was perfect in my opinion.
