Returned as Honeymooners
It is remote. I love that I am away from town. Returned back as a honeymoon couple and I will come back for a getaway soon.
We dined in for dinner but it was missing seasoning but of course the chefs changes every shifts. Hopefully it will be improved.

Great stay with beautiful scenery.
Staffs are wonderful and friendly. Everything was great, alhamdulillah.
Variety of food at the restaurant. The coffee was cold but this happened only one day of our stay there..

Great place to absolutely nothing to do but relax.
We loved it here as it was purely to relax after spending two months travelling Malaysia. The rooms were spacious and bed very comfortable. Bathrooms nice and big and clean. Kitchen was equipped with the basics and large fridge but unfortunately no washing machine. We had a room with a balcony with ocean views. Sunsets were lovely to watch from here. Not much to do at the resort as there were no water sports on offer or tours. Pool was nice but lacked sun lounges, there were table and chairs but unable to relax in them. There is a cafe at the resort that offers meals etc… we only had coffee. The resort is very isolated from everything so make sure you bring your supplies as it’s a long way to the closet shops and you need a car. Beach was nice at low tide only. You can walk down to Nexus resort and back on low tide and if you want to stop for a cocktail or two there. I wouldn’t attempt this walk along the road or in the dark as there are dogs that wander in packs. The resorts were attempting to catch them but a never ending problem until dogs are controlled by reducing their ability to breed. Swimming directly in front of resort isn’t safe due to the erosion caused high tide. You also need to be careful walking along the sand behind the retaining wall as it is very unstable and while we were there, huge holes had formed that could swallow a small car. So stick to the grassed areas until you get to the beach. Unfortunately, the raising seawaters are going to destroy this resort over the next couple of decades if some serious work isn’t done to the Seawall. Maintenance staff outstanding, very quick to respond to any problems and very pleasant and friendly to deal with, so we’re the cleaning gang and reception. We would return if we came back to Malaysia.
The isolation suited us but a family could find it boring.

Wonderful for beach getaway
The view is stunning and access to the beach was easy. The unit was also large and had nice pockets of space to enjoy the view and relax. The kids loved the whole ambience. The staff are very friendly and we got this nice morning messages everyday checking up on our stay. It was very thoughtful.

Quiet, isolated location. Basic resort
Large, clean rooms. Good view from the room. Given internet booster box to use internet in our room although only on the second night, initially told using internet away from reception was not an option by checking in staff.
Isolated, limited options of food at onsite cafe. I would question the quality as I had a stomach upset within an hour of eating in the cafe.
