C6A villa is not a villa, but a little village. 4 independent little "houses" for each bedroom and a kitchen. Stunning dining earea and relaxing terrace with infinity pool all overloking the bay. All 3 large bedrooms have view to the sea and a private bathroom. Private access to the sea with fantastic snorkellig opportunity. Free snorkelling equipment, kayak, paddle board. Friendly helpfull staff.
Acces to the villas. It is not fault of the property, but the road is challenging with steep up and downs, sharp turns. Using scooters needs some prior training. We decided no to use them, using TAXI instead, as walking to the village is not an option.

Omdat de resort geen restaurant heeft, zijn er wel veel informatie boekjes in de woning aanwezig om eten te bestellen
Uitzicht is prachtig
- Het is moeilijk toegankelijk (helling is erg steil)
- je kan niet even naar de strand. Hiervoor moet je een eind lopen
- geen restaurants, winkels in de buurt. Op zich geen probleem als je je diner wilt laten bezorgen. Indien je wenst om buiten te eten, is dit wel een organisatie.

Incredibly stunning location and facilities.
Was in awe of the view. Swimming in your own private pool whilst watching the sunset over the ocean is breathtaking. A once in a lifetime accommodation!
I was completely fine with it personally, but the roads to hotel were tricky to handle, very hilly and not ideal when wet. Good thing you’ll never want to leave, they offer many transfers a day and evening to compensate.

The villa we stayed in was beautiful, quiet and came with a lovely view. Very well designed. The excellent staff (in particular Max) made everything so easy for us, which added to the great experience.

I loved the villa but I’m reality with 3 kids it wasn’t the easiest stays due to the location on the mountain.

Fantastic staff that really went above and beyond to make our honeymoon stay special. Superb location next to Shark bay which is fantastic for snorkelling. Free kayak and snorkel usage.

Villa was great, beautiful view. There was no Breakfast lunch or Dinner at villas but there was an excellent range of menus from lots of restaurants are the island that could be ordered direct & were delivered very quickly. Fridge was stocked up daily with essentials ie: bread, eggs, cheese, soft drinks, water, beer, wine & other things. Housekeeping was done everyday. We were collected direct from pier and taken to villa. Checkin was very quick. Staff were very friendly, helpful & efficient with all needs.

The villa is amazing and the views are breathtaking. Best snorkelling spot with corals and lots of fish just in front of it. They provide a free shuttle service to the town and beaches to have dinner. The pick up time for returning is at 21, but could be an hour later. We were very happy about this service anyway. The stuff was attending and very helpful, spoke good english. We were loved our stay in the villa. It was the highlight of our stay in Thailand.
I missed fresh fruits and salad. They were not included in the villas mini-bar list like other food products and the local shops did not provide them either.

We had to change villa some times, beacause of the noise of the genarator of two villa's ,that are next to the generator.

The view and pool were perfect, staff was incredible and super helpful. They offer a few shuttles a day to the city. An amazing stay.
The location is secluded but it's not accessible without a scooter, so if you want to leave the site, you need to be in good shape to stay here :) bedrooms kinda small, and not enough hot water.

Best view in the entire of Koh Tao. Absolutely loved every bit of the stay. They offer very good massages, and that can be done at your own terrace. Definitely coming back here for another trip.

Very small bedrooms, limited bedroom packing space, linen appearance not ‘fresh’. Bad general maintenance. Kitchen mixer broken. Kitchen zink plug broken. Broken bathroom mixer tap. No chemical deep cleaning in kitchen or bathrooms during our stay. Guest toilet blocked for days on end. Pool excessive chlorinated leading to bleaxhed and stained clothing. Limited housekeeping services.

The villas are amazing. The plunge pools are amazing. The views are amazing. The sound of the sea is amazing.
The location is incredible, up steep roads, winding. We did not hire bikes so getting to restaurants on the island was difficult requiring a taxi there and back. We ordered take out food a lot but I prefer eating in a restaurant. A simple resort restaurant with even a very limited menu would make this property a definite one to go back to.

Definitely one of the best views in Koh Tao! We stayed in villa P5 and the balcony with a little pool was our favourite place to be. They also give you snorkelling material, kayaks and paddle boards so you can explore the ocean freely (it’s location is one of the best for snorkelling, we saw two giant turtles!). Another thing that we found out very convenient was the food delivery service and the motorbike renting - they give you a small phone with a Thai SIM card so you can call these places.
These are really small details, but we found our villa (that was a studio) a bit crowded with unnecessary furniture which made the space look smaller than it was. The space also had a musty smell, maybe because of poor air circulation.

The service is absolutely impeccable. From accommodating an early check in, to getting dropped off wherever we wanted. The villas and views are stunning, and all staff we encountered were exceptional.
Construction noise. This is not their fault as it was not on the property, but directly behind our villa on a neighbouring lot and started at 7:30 on a Sunday morning, but not great.
Not a negative but good to know: the road up is very steep for a motorbike and can be a bit daunting. Do not recommend 2 pax on 1 bike. Also, there is no restaurant on site, though they make it very easy to order from outside and have it brought to your door.

The place is absolutely beautiful. It is more a modern apartment then a hotel, with a pool and amazing view. The location is quite far from the center, but it comes with a great view, and the place really took care that the distance from the city will not be a problem. We simply loved every minute we spent there.
* The staff are very friendly and helpful
* The place offers a lot of accommodation included as part of the room. shuttles back and forth on arriving, and 3 times a day to the city. Snorkels, when it rained they gave us rain jackets. They have a cellphone for each room to easily contact the reception (or for general use). They really thought on almost everything the guest might need.
* The room is very modern and very highly maintained
* The infinity pool and balcony are very fun with an amazing view
* Kitchen with everything you need
* The minibar contains a lot of products for self cooking, with very reasonable prices (almost similar to the supermarkets in the city)
The location is very beautiful but it comes with a price of being high and far from the city center, (10 minutes ride by car, with tough terrain). If you want to be very close to the pier or the beach, it is something to take into consideration.

Amazing location for relaxing, sunbathing and snorkeling. There is no restaurant nearby but they offer menus of restaurants that deliver to the resort. We stayed in C25B villa and we had the ocean at our doorstep, it was amazing. We would love to come again.
