This property is perfect in every way.
The staff are warm and welcoming and so kind.
They are helpful and made our stay perfect.
The bed is the most comfortable bed I’ve ever experienced in Asia. The room is beautiful, clean and comfortable. The air con is excellent and also very quiet.
The breakfast was absolutely delicious too and again, the staff are so helpful and made it all even more enjoyable. Excellent coffee and delicious omelettes. They even had fresh bacon!

The room service was also excellent. The food was delicious.
The grounds are immaculate and the swimming pool was refreshing and not too cold. It was lovely to sit outside in the evenings and listen to the water and take in the beautiful surroundings.
They cleaned our room daily to a very high standard. We had water in our room and also a water machine a few steps away.
It was incredibly peaceful.
We loved our stay here, so reasonable priced too.
We enjoyed the spa and had a massage, body scrub and flower bath which was wonderful.
We arrived very late after a stressful flight and they made sure check in was easy, quick and we were tucked up in our fresh and cosy bed very quickly.
I would say this hotel has been one of the highlights of our trip and i 100% recommend.
Thank you all for such a wonderful restful stay.
I didn’t like leaving! We wish we could’ve stayed longer.

Good breakfast, nice apartment, quick response to our needs, very cooperative staff. Nice private pool at the villa.
There was no exhaust fans in the toilet, was a bit difficult to manage. Some windows could not be locked, but the team came in quickly and helped.

The communication with the property before we even began our travel was incredible. Booking tours and a driver was very simple and made the trip coming in much less stressful. When we landed the driver was waiting for us with a clear easy to read sign. Upon arrival everyone in reception was very welcoming and helpful. They explained everything very easily including using Whatsapp for communication. We went over the tour, restaurant and spa information then they brought us to our villa.
When it came time for our tour we were assigned with Restu Kusuma for a day your around Ubud. He was very informative, friendly and patient with my children when being in the car for long was getting to them. He suggested additional stops for us that we all really enjoyed. He's also an awesome photographer. He got a lot of excellent photos for us. He was not pushing anything extra but being a guide which is exactly what we wanted. For that alone he is the best driver and I would recommend him to everyone.
We were driven to the Safari Park by the property and had a driver pick us up. Being able to enjoy the park without the worry of figuring out transport as well.
The restaurant is very delicious! It was a short walk from our villa but again the property has a buggy cart they use to bring you to and from. The restaurant is right on the beach and the view is breathtaking. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of items and the coffee is perfect. We even ordered room service one night and they were super fast. The value and convenience can not be beat.
I wish I could say more about the spa but it was unfortunately not on our timeline this trip but I will absolutely be coming back and staying with Desa Swan Villas again!

We had dinner in the restaurant once, unfortunately food and cocktails were quite disappointing.
Breakfast was ok but food was cold even when restocked
A/C in one room broken and scheduled for repair but temporary solution was not to turn it off and keep it on 25 degrees however it was extremely loud, but at least is drowned out some of the noise from the Guests in villa next door who partied until 3am with loud music (even though guests were asked to sign an agreement about noise this obviously wasn’t adhered to or monitored)

The villa was excellent, very clean and spacious. The staff throughout the resort were very helpful. The food at the restaurant was excellent. Would have no hesitation staying again.

We loved our stay at Desa Swan, it was a great place to unwind after a busy few days of travelling.
The room was amazing with a really comfortable bed.
The staff was amazing and the breakfast/restaurant was really good, plus it was really nice getting rides in the golf car to the restaurant.
We really loved taking walks on the black sand of the beach, taking in the amazing views of the Nusa Islands, seeing the volcanos in the distance and watching the highly talented surfers charging the amazing breaks of Keramas.
There is not much else around close by, so that might be a negative, but for us it wasn't a problem.

Personel was very helpfull with all our problems. And the free ride to the beach and back home was a blessing in the hot weather. The house itself was clean and tidy. Also the spa is a must to go to atleast once.
The communication was a bit off. Sometimes our requests were misunderstood and mistakes were made. But they always did their best to fix them as good as possible without complain.
Also the prices of the Swan restaurant for dinner are quite expensive. Especially compared to other options in the area. Thou it's possible to order form the lunch menu. It's much more affordable.

The staff were friendly and responsive. We had an AC problem on one of our room, and then a leaking problem too on the other room but were immediately fixed once we informed them.

Breakfast was a buffet breakfast served in the restaurant located right on the beach, each morning we were greated by friendly staff. The food was always varied and plentiful.

Everything was very good; the staff, the location (south of Ubud, near the coast), breakfast. They even made sure that me and the wife received a villa with a secluded pool - since we are muslim. In addition, made sure we received halalfood only. AND they did not have any male masseuse for me, but they ordered one who was VERY GOOD and strong - extra creds!
The only minor thing that we can complain about is that it is not allowed to order food from outside the resort, neither are we allowed to order taxi in - we had to go to the main road to order Grab or Gojek.
They should also put some cozy lightings on the streets for when it gets dark - hard to navigate

- The restaurant has a splendid sea view at breakfast time
- I found cockroaches in kitchen drawers and near the pool
- Geckos are everywhere even within bedrooms
- I didn’t notice any security procedures or facilities from the moment I checked in till I checked out
- Number of beds do not match with the number of guests included in my booking, I’ve been told by their staff that the bed can accommodate 3 persons, after that I ceased the conversation due to the silliness of such a statement
- The name of the units that I booked got me confused as the villa has a couple of rooms which was closed by administration for no reason
- They don’t allow any car hailing service to operate within the Villas and will harass you to know how much is the fare probably to get a commission from the driver like what happened to me at the time of checkout although I didn’t tell them and the staff got agitated

This a perfect choice if you want a relaxing trip in Bali. The villa is so calm and you have a very huge space for you. You get to have your own pool as well and we
enjoyed our floating breakfast with additional charge. The interior is very Balinese so if you are looking for something very local, it is a good choice, given that the price is so affordable. The service staff were all nice.
Hope you could change or clean the net on the bed from time to time. But the rest, it’s perfect.

Our villa was very clean and nice, private pool was also very well maintained and clean.They made some vegetarian food on request which was very good. Spa facilities was very relaxing.

The staff were friendly and we had a really nice buggy driver, a very kind 19 year old young men(forgot his name), drove my family and I to and from room to breakfast and back and then to our various activities from massages to reception. The property is quite big, and it is not that far to walk in reality, but it gave it that extra VIP/holiday feeling. Breakfast had a variety of western as well as local cuisine. The view to the ocean/beach here from the swan restaurant is absolutely stunning, as close to the beach as you will get. Our villa was also very comfortable. I don't think we sat in the lounge room or used the dinning room once, we were stationed by the pool. 2 pool lounge chair was not enough for the 5 of us.
Our safe in our room didn't work - but it was ok, we used the other safe in their room. We lost an ipod our last day. Was partially our fault, we left it behind and then when I remembered it was too late, and it was gone and couldn't be found. I felt that information given by staff were inconsistent - on the monday prior to arrival, I asked for a quote on a floating breakfast, I was quoted 300K and then when I actually ordered it, they try to charge me 350K. Luckily, thanks to Whatsapp, I could show them that I was quoted a difference price just 4 days before. And they do most of their communication threw whatsapp, which is fine, it's quick and easy, however, 3 different people from the hotel is texting you asking you the same thing or giving different information, which I find annoying. I think there should be one main source of communication. Whether from housekeeping, front desk, restaurant, to the spa. I had asked about getting treatment and booking a treatment, it went through front desk and they said, we will have to check with the spa, which is fine, but then the spa would text me and then again the front desk and then, when I didn't answer straight away, they texted my husband. That was the same with the floating breakfast.

I wish there were more power sockets in the bedroom.

Very clean and the four bedroom are separated, very good for a few families. And the staffs there were very friendly and respond messages super quick. Highly recommended
