Amazingly clean villas!

It was our second time staying at that place. We rented 2 beds chalet. I love everything about it: starting with location ending with a house. Our big family of 6 had everything what we might need ( kitchen is fully stoked, anough beds). Beautiful hikes and of course the pool for kidos and hot tub for parents.

I like everything, it was amazing

Our room was spotless, very comfortable including the bed. Great view and a cozy fireplace but sadly we didn't have time to use it. All the kitchen amenities you would need. The pool and the outdoor hot tub looked amazing but we ran out of time.

Not a dislike but as an FYI there is no shampoo but we managed.

Spacious and clean with a fully equipped kitchen. it’s a whole town house to yourself. What’s there not to like?

A wonderful stay with beautiful views and close proximity to everything we needed. Love the wood burning fireplace the most. The staff was amazing, friendly and very helpful when we wanted to extend our stay. We didn't want to leave. Will be staying again!

If I had 1 suggestion, things could be a bit updated 🤔. However, still a comfortable cozy place.

our accommodations weren’t ready and we had to wait almost 2 hours for check in yet they deactivated our cards right at checkout time

I booked this stay as a Christmas present for my daughter, son in law and grandson and the entire stay was prepaid on booking.com. The original dates had to be changed because of a death in the family. There was an additional charge for changing the dates of the stay from February to July which I paid. After their stay, my daughter received a charge on her credit card for the stay. She was told the stay had not been prepaid. This is not acceptable! Please look into this double charge and refund her credit card. Her name is Tianna Boras and mine is Valerie Boras. I hope this can be cleared up without having to take this any further.
