Die Lage und Aussicht waren Top, das Haus mit der Dachterrasse grundsätzlich sehr gut

Die Wohnung ist Renovationsbedürftig, schade dass der Unterhalt so vernachlässigt wird. Wasserschaden mit Tropfen im einten Schlafzimmer. Liegestühle sind defekt und keine Matratzen. Die Badewanne im masterbedroom ist defekt und stinkt. Allgemeine Mängel an Terrassetüren. Unterhalt der Villa ist stark vernachlässigt. Pool ist nicht zu benutzen.

This stay exceeded my expectations. The pictures online do not do justice to the apartment. It has a stunning view and excellent location. Beautiful furnishings inside. Modern and aesthetic. Backup electricity supply for loadshedding. The beds were very comfortable. The place was clean and appliances were working. Safe with secure parking. Richard was a friendly and helpful host that met me on arrival to hand over keys.

No housekeeping so no towel changes over the weekend. The pool was not heated.

The view is amazing, the location perfect near Camps Bay beach and a lot of facilities. Very nice and quick responding staff.

Little bit outdated, but comfortable. Due to Easter and holiday no cleaning for four days, but that wasn’t a big problem.

everything, from location to the couch! I wish I could take it home 😂 it felt like home!

housekeeping needs to be harder on cleaning. they spoiling this beautiful home by not cleaning properly. the main bedroom shower glass was dirty dirty! mostly everything with glass wasn’t cleaned. non-the less, it’s a beautiful home.

amazing views , great location

soaking wet carpets when arrived at the house. door handles broken, electricity ran out, gas ran out for fireplace. 1x towel per person for 3 nights. bedding was old. no remotes for tv, tv in main room didn’t work. wifi password wasn’t provided we had to contact the agent. bathroom flooded due to plumbing issues, underfloor heating and towel rail didn’t work

the drainage system on the showers is rather bad , spoke to one of the totalstay reps hopefully something is done because they over flood when you shower

The location and views was very lovely. And the building was exceptional.

I like everything about the property

This house is great, well-located, great comfort; the terrace area and the view are stunning. My family really enjoyed staying at this house. The lady in charge of maintenance of the property was really friendly, very helpful and available, it was a joy to meet her. The guy in charge of key collection very profesional, punctual, gave us very good tips about the house and the things not to miss in and around Cape Town.

The jacuzzi is not working, no intentions to be repaired so it should not appear in the amenities and it should be mentioned that is not working. The lights in the terrace were not working.
