The resort itself is nice, but the house left much to be desired.

The 506 Tennis Resort was a very nice property, although there was a lot of construction going on. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The grounds were always neat and clean and the pool was very nice. The house was large and the front porch was very nice. Furnishings were mostly nice.

The house we rented was not so nice. It was large and clean, but the amenities were lacking. The towels were old and stained. If you want to rent out your house, provide some nice towels. The TV was completely useless - no cable and no streaming available. The kitchen was severely lacking in tools for cooking. The only coffee maker was a French press, which was okay for us, but not really what most would expect. There were bugs everywhere - obviously no pest control was used. The safe was locked shut and we were unable to open it. The shower was luke warm at best. The toilets did not work well and we often had to open the tank to get them to flush/fill.

Don't visit until the construction project next door is finished

The apartment, veranda and pool were very nice when the construction project next door wasn't active.

Construction on the property next door went from 6:00AM to 6:30-7:00 PM. It was so loud that we could not even stand to stay on the property during the day. We could also hear it from inside the property with the doors and windows closed and the a/c on.

Beautiful villa poorly equipped

The villa was very nice, spacious, clean and comfortable

The kitchen utensils and dishes were incomplete, really bad quality, not even a paper towel or tea towel provided. We had about 13 pots but just one useless small pan in bad shape. For such a nice villa, one expects much better equipment and maintenance

We loved this spacious home. It was bright and open, the beds were comfy, the bathrooms were spacious (and there two of them so we didn’t have to share with our kids!), and it was very clean upon arrival. It was an easy walk and drive to town too. We were steps from the pool, which we loved! We sat on our patio watching the kids play for hours. Perfection.

With our kids, we definitely needed to drive to get to the beach. Super quick, but we’d hoped for a walk to the beach. I believe the description says it’s a 20-minute walk, which is actually true, but would be better to be omitted given that it’s just not by the beach.

The Villa was perfect for our multi generational family, lots of room, great beds, well functioning kitchen, and the pool.

I was not aware of the construction project next door. the first morning the noise woke us all up at 6:00am. Too early for tired travellers. The construction crew started later the next morning and that made a difference. the completion of the rock wall for a sound barrier did make a difference by the time we left. it just would have been nice to know before we arrived.

Very clean and comfortable place, very close to Nosara

Staff was always available and extremely helpful. The location was perfect for us—very short drive to Nosara without being in the middle of the “action.” The pool was small but excellent. Overall very comfortable and clean—it had everything we needed.

We aren’t very interested in tennis and this is a tennis resort.

Great place, great price.

Beautiful condo in a "Florida style" complex. Rooms were large, very clean, and good AC. The staff were all so friendly and accommodating. Nice little parking space for our rented golf cart. We are surfers, BUT if you play tennis, this is your dream destination.

Wifi was spotty. You must have a golf cart or car to get to Nosara. Not too far, but a very busy road and hard to walk in the heat. No hairdryer ;-) It was a little too "polished" for us, but perfect for someone who wants all the creature comforts of home.

Superb

Was really impressed with the accommodation and facilities, it was so spacious and really relaxing. The staff were also very friendly and accommodating, and we really enjoyed our stay. The community is also very friendly, Pura Vida!

The only downside is the location if you don't have transport, but as long as you don't mind a bit of a walk or phone tuk tuks, it's not an issue. One minor suggestion,a few basic condiments and tea / coffee would have been appreciated. But appreciate many people will buy their own,but for those staying short term, would be helpful.
