The owner is so friendly and kind. All rooms are tidy and clean so that we can spend time without any problems.

There is no kitchen papers and plastic wraps. It would be better if such items are equipped.

The view from the balcony was superb, we can see Mt. Fuji clearly. The living room at the second floor is really comfortable. Ammenities and kitchen utensils were great, there's even a coffee machine. Everything is like described at the listing. The best part is the host/person in charge, Chris is very helpful and friendly. It was a great stay!

As some of the reviewers also mentioned, there's only one toilet/bathroom. It was not a problem for us at all though.

We were a group of seven (family) and we loved our two-night stay at this breathtaking location in front of Mt. Fuji. The place was clean and spacious, and Mr. Chris, the host, was the best. He helped us with everything we asked for.

Sakura Fuji is an impeccable property at one of the best locations in Kawaguchiko. It is literally a 7-minute walk from the station (both bus and train in the same building) and is pretty much at the center of all attractions around the area. And the owner, Chris, is just an extraordinary host and human being. What an amazing guy and the service he provided throughout the stay. He went above and beyond in responding to any requests from us. He maintains the properly excellently and is very thoughtful about the amenities he provides. Quality stuff all around. One of the best parts about the property is the view from living room window of Mt.Fujisan as soon as you get up in the morning. It is as good as it gets from Kawaguchiko. I cannot recommend this property or Chris any higher. I will definitely book this in a heartbeat if we visit this area!

Host was very friendly, fast and patient with us. there were a hiccup on the door code but is not his fault. he came very fast and resolved the issue. the view was stunning and the internals was great. all appliances can be used. there are coffee machine, sugar, salt, utensils, even cooking oil and BBQ coal, picks, etc. shd have done BBQ then. can take a free bike ride along the roads and countryside. very nice also. i miss the place already

floor was a bit sticky when we came in. Not enough time for 2 days stay so keep missing the place everyday. 4 beds and 2 tatami beds. 1 bed were quite soft for me. all 2 adults and 3 kids still kept a good nights sleep!! far from shops but very quiet.

The hospitality was superb as Chris was such a helpful host that accomodated to our needs throughout our stay. On the first day, he picked us up from the station so we had no problem reaching the place. He speaks perfect English and Chinese so we had no problem communicating. Moreover, the place was clean, cozy and had the perfect view of Mt. Fuji right outside the window. Overall, we had such a great experience staying in Sakura Fuji and will definitely be coming back in the future!
