Great value for money, will stay again!

On the morning of my check-in date, they created a whatsapp group regarding my stay going over what time I will arrive at the villa for collecting the keys, going over rules of the stay, the maid service, etc and also provided a direct communication with the villa if any questions or issues that might arise during my stay. There were a few issues that arose but they solved it pretty quick and efficiently. The living room was a nice, cozy area with a smart TV and fast wifi throughout the villa. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and there was also a drying machine located at the back of the kitchen (which I did not use though). The bedroom itself was decently sized and comfortable with ample supply of toiletries (except there was no shampoo that I could find). The pool was great and well maintained with two sun lounger chairs, a big beach umbrella and a table and chairs also outside. My villa had a sliding garage door, but noticed that not all villas had that. Lastly, the villa is located in a closed community with a 24hr security guard at the front gate, so its a quiet area and feeling safe. We also noticed there was a fitness center but we also did not use it. Also there is a 7/11 and a bunch of restaurants/bars/massage/etc within a short walking distance, around 5minutes.

Good property but very average customer service.

very nice pool and clean rooms

No response to communication whatsoever. AC wasn’t working first night when we called staff for complaining they just coldly said nothing can be done now and only in the morning. Morning at 12pm too we had to remind them again. 2 people spent the night on the couch.

We did find the mattress a bit too firm for our liking and the pillows were kinda flat.

One of a kind 5* villa

Very easy!!Tukata did a great job welcoming me and the family..Thank you Tukata!!

Not negative for some but we did find that the mattress was on the hard side netherless we had a great stay at the villa!! Got to use our private pool even though was raining kids had a blast anyways!!

Exceptional

Loved how easy the check in was. Very clean and inviting. Staff were absolutely incredible. We took advantage of the tuktuk and our driver was just amazing. He made everything so much easier for us. Even security were incredible. Our home away from home was the best ❤️❤️

Nice villa in perfect location

Location: Gated community with a gym, good restaurant and a barista just up in front. More (international) restaurants around the corner. Bangtao and Layan Beach only 5 to 10 minutes by scooter. Villa: Clean, pretty new and well equipped. Host: Ploy was very nice and helpful with all kind of requests

Housekeeping is only once a week. Could have been more often for me, but I guess that's individual.

Very good Villa. I am travelling a lot and this is one of the best places I have ever booked. Great value for money, great location, super nice stuff, super clean. I can't say enough good things about this place. If you need good place to stay, this is a place for you. I highly recommend.

Would not stay again due to items being stolen.

The Villa and location is nice. Having valuables stolen from the Villa ruined our overall stay.

We had valuables stolen at the Villa and are in the middle of a police investigation.

Beautiful villa

The villa is so well located. 7 minute walking distance from the restaurants and bars around boat avenue but still in a quiet secluded location. It is airy and bright with quality modern furnishings. The staff are friendly and helpful. Highly recommended place to stay!

Amazing property with fantastic staff

Location, furnishings, all felt brand new. The staff were fantastic and so helpful with anything we needed. Definitely would have liked to stay longer.
