Absolutely amazing place, some may find it remote, but it was perfect for us! John was super helpful, nothing was a trouble and that made our stay even more relaxing! If coming back to Samui, definitely this place will be the first one on the list to consider.

The owner of the villa was super nice and generous. Our room was well taken care of. The vew from the window really made you feel like you're on your best vacation. The owner has the option to rent a scooter on the spot! Definitely recommend staying here.

We had an amazing time staying in Villa no.6, it was extremely clean, comfortable and very secluded and private. The location is beautiful a true tropical paradise! My husband and I went to celebrate my 40th and it was unforgettable. It felt like home away from home and that’s all thanks to the owner (John) and his maintenance / cleaning staff. He went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed. John has a wealth of knowledge about the island and the various day trips you can do and he will even book them for you so you get the best price. I can’t thank John enough for making this such a memorable trip! We will definitely be staying here again in the future. Thank you!
There is nothing at all that we didn’t like about the property. The only thing I will say is that you definitely need to hire a bike or a car so you can get around the island and back to the villa as you please. Otherwise it would cost a fortune in taxis everyday as it is quite secluded. Thats no criticism of the property / resort though and it was John who recommended that we hire some transport. We are so glad we did too.

Well I was going to say the pool until I found out it was the cause of my girlfriend getting an ear infection resulting in her rupturing her ear drum. We had to go to the hospital where they informed us we were most likely swimming in dirty water. We swam nowhere else. She is now not able to fly anywhere for at least a week which means we are now staying in Thailand past our visa. So that fine along with the hospital, pharmacy, hotel and flight changes have cost us a lot of money.
Me and my girlfriend also both got Covid from the host/manager as the test reveals who was still running around working despite testing positive and considering we are both high risk when it comes to Covid it’s not ideal. Didn’t realise corona was a package deal. There was a very obvious and clear ant infestation in the kitchen which is obviously very sanitary when making food. We are really really angry.

We booked A one bedroom villa first and then extended our stay as we were waiting for a lost item to be sent to us. There are loads of flowers and plants surrounding the property, giving it a secluded jungle feeling. the bed was comfy.
In the First Villa we stayed in there were quite a lot of ants everywhere in the kitchen. we were trying to find out the cause of them, but we didn’t leave food out. there were so many at some point we didn’t really feel like cooking. the pool was a little murky and turning green in both villas and our ears ended up hurting after swimming in it, but nothing dramatic it was still nice. the furniture was very dark and made the room feel a little outdated and gloomy. the aircon was leaking water.
the main thing that kind of tainted the experience was the manager. he was a little rude and condescending at times. we tried cancelling the booking an hour after we made initially made it as we had accidentally booked it for the wrong dates and we’re staying somewhere else, that wasn’t possible so we went anyway. when we arrived he asked why we tried to cancel and passive aggressively told us how lucky we were to get a room there. We brushed it off, but when we extended our stay via booking.com he called to scold me on why I didn’t come to him. he would let me get a word in to explain why I had done it and ended it with „well there is nothing we can do now“.
we booked a 2 bedroom villa and the first night the second bedroom was locked and we couldn’t access it until next day afternoon. The hot water wasn’t working in either of the showers at first and then when it did we couldn’t adjust the temp. it was either freezing or scolding hot.
I ended up getting really really really I’ll on my 3rd day, cough, high fever and turns out the manager had Covid. not sure if that was the cause until I take a pcr test, but yeah…
for the price the experience was a little negative

Its an amazing Villa away from the business of Koh Samui…but close enough its only minutes to get to the busy spots.

What a wonderful stay. Felt like you had the real jungle around you and was very private. Bed was extremely comfy was sad to be leaving this villa! Peaceful tranquility at its finest. The kitchen was stocked with full supplies to cook, the tv had Netflix and YouTube with a surround sound system. Was extremely clean with add the extras we needed. Will definitely be back, thank you.

We were here for a Family Holiday with Adult Children. Each Family Group was able to have our own Villa, but we could meet in one Villa for Meals, pool etc. John the Owner said he was our Personal Butler & he indeed was. He arranged anything we wanted. There is a cot & Baby car seat available for use. These Villas are out of the Main Tourist Area, which was exactly what we wanted. We Hired a Car, which John arranged & it was a very short & easy drive to anywhere we wished to go.
The only down side was that the Pools didn't have Pool Fences, which was a slight issue for the 10 Month Old Baby. We were able to make a Play Pen with the Furniture.

John is a good host, he feels the vibe of the guests and is really helpful in all kind of advices. Houses are well designed and comfortable. Absolutely recommandable.

We arrived earlier than the check-in time but the team went out of their way to get our room ready for us early. The room itself was exactly as advertised and surpassed our expectations. The pool was great and made even better with the fun lighting options. John helped us get a bike to ride around the island and gave us excellent recommendations on the best places to eat and visit. Our stay was made extra special by a visit from Birdie - a friendly parrot who I wish I could have brought home with me.
The only downside to the property was that the gravel path between the reception and the cottages makes it hard to pull along suitcases.

the villa is CLEAN , it’s is in the middle of the jungle but it’s clean and shining from inside . the bed sheets smells like fresh from laundry ! the bed is comfortable.the atmosphere is amazing for anyone who is looking for quite relaxing spot in the middle of nature .

the location is very good, not far from the beach and other destinations, John is a very nice guy, he recommended us to good places. very helpful. accommodation, cleanliness, staff, and service are perfect. highly recommend this place for your vacation.

The villa was great, super comfy! Great pool, great view of the jungle, nice kitchen, bath, and really really private! John the manager is great, and the atmosphere is better than we could have imagined.
It's a bit far from the closest beach (you'll want a car or a motorcycle). But you get privacy on the other hand :)

Literally the best experience I ever had while traveling. The villa wad spotless and the staff was really friendly. And John (the owner) is the best host I ever had. He went above and beyond what you could expect from him. It was the best place we've stayed at during our stay in Thailand and for me personally the best place I stayed at during any vacation. 10/10 for me.

Everything about the villa was exceptional starting with its location in the tropical garden, it’s privacy, the spaciousness up to the small details of the decor. For us the most important thing when traveling is the bed and the shower and both were excellent! The mattress, the duvet and the pillows make you never want to leave the bed, the comfort is just 100%! Same goes for the shower, both pressure and temperature of the water were just perfect. The terrace was another highlight, sitting outside at night under the stars, being able to jump into the private pool at any time… magical! And a special mention goes to the host - John - his sense of humor and helpfulness definitely stand out! He is a perfect definition of hospitality, with his recommendations of what to do around the island and where to eat we did not need any TripAdvisor or anything else. We would go back in a blink of an eye! In fact we did not want to leave and would have stayed for a month if only we could!

villa you feel alone and peaceful. the pool was great
at all times of the day. the bed was so comfy and
big. the views of the garden are beautiful and
captivating. John was there to help at any time of
the day and just a great person to talk to about his
life story too! I would happily stay here again and
would recommend anyone to stay as well.

The apartment was equipped very well with coffee machine, speakers, TV, AC in every room and more. It was perfectly clean. I especially liked the lights, which where put up thoughtfully making the atmosphere in the evenings very warm.
John was very attentive and provided me with many tips and help at any time. It was the best accomodation I had on my whole trip!

First of all the villas are incredible. They are private and have a great pool in between the greens. Amazing feeling! Everything is so clean and there is nothing missing. Beds are comfortable and the whole environment gives you an amazing time and you are located right to the best spots on Samui.
Also if you book your stay here you have the pleasure to meet John as your host. He is the most supportive and warm welcoming person ever. John is by your side with amazing tips and spots on the island. We didn't have to worry one second about anything. John organized everything so well and we had the most amazing vacation feeling since the first minute. If you are considering booking a villa please do so. You will have the best experience on Samui and enjoy every minute for sure.

Staying here was a wonderful experience on its own. The place is amazing inside out, and the private pool between the lush greenery makes it even more amazing.
