The facility is clean, I Just don't like charging $40 to open the door

The place is clean and we cleaned up also before we checked out. However, the front gate charged us $40.00 when one of our child locked the bottom door by accident. They charged $40 just to opened the door.

Charging us $40 just to opened the door when one of our child locked (the bottom locked) When we came back from the beach we waited for at least 15 minutes just to open the door.

the room was pretty nice, location excellent, ride to the beach awesome

indoor pool closed in high season and need better housekeeping (lamps on night stands master bedroom, a lot dirty under the cushions living romm and dirty spots, bathrooms vent a lot dirty, touch up paint next to the bed in guess room)

The unit was nice. The unit could use some TLC

The resort kept closing the pools down 4-5 hours before the posted time. Claiming they were doing maintenance. But no maintenance was ever done. My family never got a chance to swim 👙 in any of the pools or hot tub because they always shut it down before we got back from our trips around the island.

Nice location. Clean unit, but noisy.

The property was very clean. Lovely boardwalk to the beach. Lots of parking. The unit was well equipped and decorated.

The room is on the 4th floor with an indoor pool in the center of the open area. The entire place smelled of chlorine, although less in the unit. The bigger problem is noise from the pool which echos through out from 10am to 11pm. The barn doors on the Master bathroom come off the rails easily.

enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again. the staff was very friendly and helpful. Loved the amenities.

liked the amenities and the rooms were just the right size. beds were very comfortable. parking was very convenient

tile in one bathroom is loose. Not a big deal but bulb in master bedroom on light doesn’t work. Just an FYI. Nothing that was a deal breaker.

Exceptional

Host was very communicative. Easy check in and check out process. Clear directions on check in and check out procedures. Accommodations were as described and expected.

Fire detectors chirping was a minor inconvenience. Host offered to come change the battery, I told her not to worry about it.

Very disappointing.

The unit was clean.

No coffee pot. We had brought our own coffee expecting to have a pot like most rentals have. NO TEASPOONS! Only TWO coffee mugs for four people. Had to wait two days for reception to bring two more mugs. TV in second bedroom didn’t work. Only one elevator for such a large building which fortunately for us was okay because we were off season visitors. Being seniors, how would we escape in case of fire in a fully occupied building?

Exceptional

The host was quick to respond very understanding and nice. Everything was fantastic in the apartment clean, cozy, and an easy walk to beach. There was a Sauna which was nice and the bar right at the beach was excellent. Apartment is close to store's and there's a mini golf and arcade in walking distance from apartment. I would definitely book here again.

Hot tub wasn't working and the beach was infested with flies and gnats. So didn't get to stay out there but for a short while. Which I'm assuming blew in from the storm. Disappointing 😢

Wonderful Vacation

Everything was exactly as described. The room had everything needed for a day at the beach towels wagon, and cooler.The condo was located in the same building as the indoor pool, fitness area, sauna, and steam room. The beach was a short walk. We absolutely love HHI and this resort. We will most definitely be back.

The mattress in the master bedroom needs to be replaced and the elevator in the building kept going down. This was from the storms from the previous week as stated by the maintenance crew.

I loved the proximity to so much stuff on the island

the mattresses were a bit older and the smell of Florine took some getting used to. it’s because we were in the building with the indoor pool, and having that outweighed the chlorine smell. the elevators were extremely slow or not functioning

Very nice option for family road trip through Hilton Head.

Love the boardwalk to the beach. Easy to get to anything else on the island. Kitchen and bunk beds are great for family travel.

Just needs some updates. Lots of good renovations that just need the finishing touches. Bed was very soft.

My host was wonderful and supplied us with everything I needed!! It is spacious and very comfortable.

The unit was clean and comfortable with an easy walk to the beach. The pool area looked great, unfortunately did not get to use as we spent most of the time out with other family members. The owners were very responsive and accomodating.

It was a little confusing finding the boardwalk to the beach. Better signage would be nice, but the view on the way was beautiful. The only other complaint is that the elevators were really slow, maybe could use a second one.

It was a good deal. the condo was nice and updated. The building itself, hallways , stairs and elevators were outdated

the indoor pool was a wonderful lifesaver the day we had a lot of rain. I think my kids loved the pool more than the beach/ocean!

The location was great. My problem is with the management. Our ice maker stopped working mid stay. The smoking areas are not covered for inclement weather . Would like to return but need clear instruction.

Great people and Location

Room was neat and up to date. Loved the layout and couldn't beat the location or people. Owner checked to make sure we were comfortable and if we needed anything.

Only the weather was bad. Cold the entire time. Luckily we had the indoor heated pool to keep us occupied.

I would stay at that resort again but not at that villa.

The pool was right outside the door. I need to get ahold of someone for help inside the villa and no one would help me. We were there for a week there were 4 of us and we had towels for a day for each of us.

We have a young child and a younger baby. The condo had all we needed to meet their needs. It was VERY clean and really cute! The access to amenities were perfect for our family. My daughter LOVED the indoor pool. Access was simple and we felt very safe!

Vacation Bliss was pure bliss

Clean, stocked, great amenities, from our condo we could look right down at the indoor pool and see our kids playing. There were 5 of us and it was very roomy enough for the whole group. There was a guard shack that had to be passed by in order to get into the property and this helped make us feel safe on the property.

The bed was far too soft otherwise everything was wonderful

The balcony was indoors not out but it was still a nice place very quiet.
