Our beautiful home is located on top of a hill overlookin Pigeon Forge parkway. You will love the privacy on our dead end street among beautiful homes. Our spacious home 3000plus sq ft will make you feel at home with all the comforts u require.
THE VIEWS OF THE PARKWAY AND ESPECIALLY AT NITE ARE BREATHTAKING.
Our beautiful swimming pool and the 4 person hot tub will also please you.
pool is open till end of oct and its gas heated.
The upstairs master bath room will suit u with a spa tub and separate walk in shower, private balcony and views of the parkway from the tub. What else could u ask for.
Our home was just purchased in June 09 after a 3 year search. We wanted close to the parkway, views, and most of all privacy. Its all here. Outside we have a patio table with six chairs and chaise lounges to enjoy the views and the beautiful setting. In the side yard we have a log swing and sitting log chair for your enjoyment.also 2 rocking chairs on front porch. This home belong the the second richest person in the area behind dolly parton. The home has 3 levels altogether.
You come in the MAIN level with kitchen; dining room; formal liv room; family room and half bath. on the upper floor is the three bedrooms with 2 full baths.
The office is located on the lower floor along with 2 twin beds.. Carpeted and tiled through out the home. Come and stay in our beautiful home. call us about our virtual tour of this home. u can see the wheel from the family room on the island. the back of the home is wooded going down a hill which makes it very private.
we also have 4 ft to 9 ft walls around the back patio to really make it private.
our décor changes all the time so all of the rooms may not be as pictured.

If you want the space for a whole family vacation, this is the place for you. We loved not being on top of each other, plenty of space outside. The pool and hot tub gave you stuff to do at home. You are located by everything. Get in the car and your at any show in less than ten minutes. Plenty of food places around, including delivery. We had a great time, and will be back next year.

This property was fantastic. Close to everything had everything we could ever need the pool and hot tub was wonderful. We traveled with 8 girls and a toddler and newborn there was plenty of room for everyone no complaints

Nice house and very conveniently located. Heated pool was great and the hot tub was relaxing. House was clean.
One disappointment was that bedding arrangements are different than depicted. The bed dressing was a bit coarse but not overly uncomfortable. The beds are not as nice of quality as those depicted.
Overall it was a nice experience.

Two issues: clumsy email communications ( I take part if the blame as I have 2 email addresses); the TV/DVD/Wifi electronics actually there did not match the instructions. The DVD player was missing and it took a couple of visits from people to get it straightened out. The maid knew more about the system than the guy who came out first. She brought & installed a DVD and then we were good to go. The instructions should be checked so they match what's actually there. Before we arrived there was a storm which dropped small branches, acorns & leaves on patio; I did the pool boy bit and cleaned it up - no problem. The small pool and hot tub were both maintained well and just right for our foursome. This is a very good rental home for a Pigeon Forge visit. The owners were easy to deal with and we had a great 8 days there.

House is located right off parkway with a great view. We had a great time. Some negatives were the hot tub wasn’t working when we got there and was ice cold the whole time. We didn’t reach out to owners to send someone out. We just stayed in the pool most of the time. The pool was wonderful however the area around the pool looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. There was leaves and sticks everywhere. It was hard to walk barefoot. There had not been any storms so I am assuming it had been like that for awhile. The fountains in the pool didn’t work and the pool guy told us they had froze up and the owners didn’t want to fix them, not sure if that is true or not but would have been nice to have them. The pictures online showed the basement with two twin beds and a office. However the downstairs is actually a queen size bed with no office. The house is older and needs a good deep clean. The gutters were full of stuff and when we pulled up one of the outside standing lamps was laying across the driveway. One of the bathrooms upstairs had soap scum all over the shower and hair in the bottom, so we decided to all use the master bathroom. The master bathroom vanity lights never worked so we just used the bathtub lights and shower lights. There was no WiFi password wrote down anywhere so I sent the owner a message but never heard back. I finally found it on the back of the cable box. Overall we enjoyed the pool and area attractions.

This was the perfect setting and location for our group. We were close to the action (just up the hill) for those that wanted it, and peacefully away from it all for those of who who preferred the quiet amongst the trees. The heated pool and hot tub were perfect for relaxation and fun! The small fenced area was a perfect playground for our small dog. We would love to visit here again!
