As soon as you walk into this home you will feel like you just walked into an episode of "Fixer Upper" where you would be expecting Chip and Jo Jo to come around the corner to say hey! With its cool laid-back style and subtle sophistication this house doesn't disappoint. Recently renovated, no expenses were spared to bring Ocean City this premier property! The house is situated on a canal and features 5 master suites, 2 family room areas, a gourmet kitchen, dining area, outside deck off the main floor and a huge rooftop deck with fantastic views of Ocean City and the water. High end furnishings and accessories can be found throughout! Come stay in this incredible home and create your own Ocean City memories! *This is a non-smoking unit. Sorry, no pets. No groups or individuals under the age of 25 and 30 on holiday weekends.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house overall very nice. It's been recently remodeled and the accoutrements are top-notch. We enjoy the fact that every bedroom has its own bathroom. But we would recommend each bedroom having its own TV. It left the guests in the rooms without a TV having to go out into the common area to watch TV later in the evening. We would also recommend that the house have ceiling fans throughout to help move some of the warmer air as the second floor could get quite warm. Additionally the owners might want to consider replacing the grill out back. It would be nice to stayv at a house as finely decorated as this one and be able to go out and grill on something that was compatible with the rest of the house high end appeal. Unfortunately the grill was very badly worn and in pretty gross. All that being said it's clear that the owners put a lot of money and thought and care into remodeling this house and it was otherwise very comfortable to stay in and definitely suitable for large groups.
