Cozy Older Condo
We've been coming to Mammoth for 16 years as a family and we always rent a condo so we've seen many places. Loved the proximity of this location to Canyon Lodge. Less than .2 mile walk took us straight to the slopes. The parking was also very convenient. Our Ford Excursion SUV fit right in the garage which is directly attached and below the unit. Also loved the spa area with 2 jacuzzis, sauna and upgraded bathrooms. The staircase is walled in like an old mine shaft but this made the walk to and from the unit very comfortable to be out of the elements. The unit itself is dated and hasn't been upgraded in years but was very cozy. The refirgerator wa snot on when we got there and there was no notofication or directions for that. I ended up checking the main electrical panel and saw that the breaker was off, so I flipped it on and the fridge worked. Dishwasher and oven both worked as well, they were just old. Kitchen was well equipped with a standard coffee maker and a keriug. There is also laundry in the kitchen closet which is really convenient. The fireplace worked great and there were plenty of pellets in garage. The heaters also worked great and kept the place nice and cozy. Our only complaint was the internet. It did not work the entire time we stayed. We notified staff, but no one came to fix it. They ran through some troubleshooting via text (check password, reboot modem), but I had already done these things. Also plunger was broken, which made unclogging the upstairs toilet next to impossible. Otherwise, I'd give the place 5 stars. The private covered parking, proximity to slopes, spa area, and overall house layout and coziness were great. Read more

Great Place near Canyon Lodge
The property was clean, and the management company was super professional. There was an issue with the doors when we arrived, and the problem was addressed immediately after calling their helpdesk number. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. The property itself was a great place to stay with plenty of space. Everything we needed, i.e. towels, extra sheets, shampoo, soap, etc, was supplied. The beds were comfortable, and I quite enjoyed the pellet fire-place. The only thing I didn't like was that the lights were a bit dim for my tastes. I prefer really bright lights, so this is more preference than a real issue. Read more

Above Average Stay
Pretty typical ski condo in great location - walk to Canyon Lodge. Accommodations are dated, but serviceable. Garage was a huge bonus as we were there for a big storm. Would rent again for this reason, and for the proximity. Left a pillow behind and the management company went to great lengths to try to get it back to us, which I appreciate very much. Read more
