Your own hot tub on the deck, just outside the back door. This is a recently purchased home, many recent upgrades - a nice place to stay for sure! On the first floor, the house features two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, one kitchen (stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave), a large living room, a dining room, breakfast nook, sun room and a laundry room. The sun-room if often used as a fourth bedroom or just another gathering place. One loft-style bedroom and one full bathroom located upstairs. Bed layout: 1st bedroom = 1 queen bed (sleeps 2) 2nd bedroom = 1 queen bed (sleeps 2) Sunroom = queen sleeper sofa and full futon (sleeps 4) Upstairs bedroom = 2 queen beds, 2 twin beds, (sleeps 6) We also have air mattresses available or sleep on the couches for more people! The house truly sleeps 12 comfortably with options for up to 16 guests. The exterior of the home includes a rear deck with a hot tub, a lower patio with gas grill, a three-car garage, and a private 25x30ft covered boat dock on the water. A great size yard for the kids or dogs to run around playing games! Two gas fireplaces in the main living area. The wood-paneled sun room features lots of windows with plenty of natural light. Central air and heat throughout the house. This is not just a lake view, it is ON the lake. Fish or swim off the dock, sip a beverage from the hot tub.
