It is located in Center Village, right next to the American Flyer chairlift which accesses green and blue terrain. Enjoy all the shops and restaurants that Center Village has to offer. It is really easy to ski-in, take break or have lunch, and be skiing or riding again in minutes. In the Summer this property is located right off the Ten Mile Creek which you can hear while you sleep! With a large private porch you can listen to the river and enjoy the summer weather in the Rockies!The condo is on the first floor of the Lodge at Copper building. Enjoy the large private balcony. There is a great communal outdoor hot tub to enjoy after a long day of skiing or riding.The master bedroom has 1 King-size bed. The second bedroom has a Queen-size bed and a set of twin bunk beds. The living room also has a Sleeper Sofa. This condo sleeps up to 8.The condominium has a well-equipped kitchen with everything to make you feel right at home. The large family room has been host to some really intense monopoly games, puzzle building and quiet movie nights in front of the gas fireplace.There is garage parking for 1 vehicle. Outside of the building are a handful of parking spots available on a first come, first serve basis. Additional parking is available in the North Alpine Lot. There is no charge for parking.With 2,433 acres of ski able terrain Copper has long been known as a locals' favorite. The mountain naturally divides the terrain so you do not have to worry about all different abilities skiing and riding together. Beginners go to West Village. Center Village has some green terrain and great intermediate slopes. The more advanced skiers and riders tend to go out of East Village and the back side of the mountain.There is no A/C in any of our properties. Temperatures rarely crest 75 degrees and always cool off dramatically at sunset. Extras: Wi-Fi is included with your stay. SHARED OR COMMUNITY POOLS / HOT TUBS / CLUB HOUSES: If amenities check lists includes a hot tub with this property listing, please verify before confirming your reservation. No refunds are provided due to lack hot tubs. THE SKYRUN ADVANTAGE: All properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3-4 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with high-end bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances.PARKING: Parking at Copper Mountain is strictly enforced. To avoid towing or a ticket adhere to posted signs and parking allocations at all times. If you need additional parking for more cars, free overnight parking is provided by permit in the Alpine Lot. WARNING: 4WD or AWD vehicles required in the winter, snow and ice will be on all surfaces including driveways and roads - no refunds for towing or cars that get stuck. Some homes require 4WD or AWD in the non-winter months due to dirt roads, and uneven surfaces - call for more information about your rental.COLORADO TRACTION LAW: Starting Sept. and running through May 31 of each year, all drivers on I-70 between Morrison and Dotsero will be required to adhere to the traction law, which requires vehicles to have either four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive with snow or mud+snow-rated tires, or specialized winter tires, chains or other traction devices for cars with two-wheel drive. Ensure you have the correct equipment when driving in Colorado. Talk with your rental car company if you are planning to rent.TRAVEL WITH PEACE OF MIND CLEANING: is following rigorous (Covid-19) cleaning procedures as recommended by the CDC, AHLA, and VRMA to keep our guests healthy and our homes clean. Following the cleaning process, housekeepers will then disinfect properties with a hospital-grade disinfectant.CHECK-IN: Curbside Check-In is available at the Copper Office in the East Village at Copper Mountain. Please note that if you wish to come into the office to check-in, only ONE guest is allowed in the lobby at any given time.SHARED OR COMMUNITY POOLS / HOT TUBS / CLUB HOUSES: Unfortunately, most shared workout facilities, community pools, community hot tubs remain closed due to COVID-19. (Copper Mountain Athletic Club is closed for the 20/21 season). COOKING: Cook your own meals in home, even bring your own food from home.SUMMIT COUNTY FIRE RESTRICTIONS: Stage 1 fire restrictions, and Summit County’s year-round fire regulations, prohibit building, maintaining, attending, or using an open fire.
