Perfection'
We are consummate but choosy vacation renters. We have rented dozens of places in as many cities over the years and this home is at the top. It was so incredibly comfortable and stylish. Everything was top notch. The beds were great and the bathrooms spacious and accommodating. It was designed and furnished with great attention to detail. This home had all of the extra touches and details that make a rental extra enjoyable. Coffee, spices, laundry detergent, plenty of paper and cleaning supplies. The rooftop deck was worth it's weight in gold. I wasn't sure about the location when I booked it. I just really liked the house and took a chance. But it was a great location, very central, minutes from everything we did. Also safe and quiet. Read more

Great house for a weekend getaway
We booked this house for a weekend getaway. There were 6 of us. The house was perfect. It was nice, clean, and easily accommodated all of us. The location was great as well. The only issue we had was that there was a tornado in the area 5 days prior to our arrival. It took Property Manager 3 days to confirm that the property was OK. We had people flying in from different states so not knowing until 2 days prior to check in was stressful. The tornado was obviously out of Property Manager's control and a horrible situation but we confirmed on our own that the house was undamaged by Googling the effected areas and calling local businesses in the area but still needed Property Manager to confirm no issue with reservation and that took longer than probably necessary and longer than it probably would have took for an owner to confirm if renting direct from personal owner. Read more

Nashville family trip
This home is beautiful and very easy to getting to and from. As stated in earlier reviews, there are a lot of steps inside. The third floor is a hike. We had different generations, and the third floor was for "kids". Worked very well with the extra living area. We didn't do as much walking as we would have liked because it was rainy while we were there. We used Uber or paid a steep price to park. The home has everything you would need- though bring coffee filters! We had some issues with the door opening upon arrival but Property Manager was there within 10 minutes to remedy. I would like to stay at this home again when the weather is nicer so we could do more walking and enjoy the views from the rooftop. One more tip- the refrigerator is very nice but do not buy a large bag of ice. The freezer is all drawers.  Read more
