If you are thinking about booking this cabin....stop thinking.... DO IT! This cabin is so gorgeous, so comfortable, and offer amazing views. The roads are not steep and easy to maneuver. We had a small mistake in the beginning but the owner handled it quickly. Minutes away from anything you need. My family and I will definitely be back to this cabin!

This cabin was very disappointing the hot tub was not clean first off you could see scum all over the sides of the tub which is really bead anyway but with Covid that is extremely unsafe! They advertised that they had wifi but the wifi did not work this was very difficulty for me as I was taking two online courses and I had to use my phone as a hot spot. This is false advertisement and people should make sure the internet is running if they claim such services. The pool was closed which I find interesting because many of other facilities and camp grounds in area still permitted their residents to use their pools yet this facility did not. If they did not permit this amenity they should offer a discount at least .There was no swimming access anywhere near the cabin unless you had a boat ! The owner of this cabin dropped the ball with cleaning this cabin as I said the hot tub was disgusting . There was no broom or if there was it was no where to be see so I could not sweep for an entire stay. The upstairs had zero air and it got extremely hot so much my kids had to sleep downstairs without a bed . if I am paying for a house I expect the rooms to have sufficient air. The pool table was positioned where you could not hit the balls in some places because of the railing. There is only 1 tv which would not have been a problem if the internet worked but it didn't! We will not use this cabin again do yourself a favor and book somewhere else. The neighbors were doing construction as well and continued all day there was no peace and quiet at all . DO NOT BOOK HERE!

Upon arrival Sunday night we were pleasantly surprised with how beautiful the cabin truly was. The view is breathtaking and the cabin was very clean. We quickly learned though that the hot tub nor the fire place worked and those were the main 2 MUST HAVES for our stay and the description specifically mentioned both. Half way through the week the tub was “fixed” but still completely full of i believe calcium build up or something to the point you felt like you were sitting on PILES of fiberglass. It actually scraped my daughters leg from sitting on it. I immediately emailed the owner and quickly got a simple one question response then never did hear anything back after multiple emails on my end. The fireplace never worked. The air didn’t work so it was pretty warm in the cabin the first few days. The last few days we needed heat and that actually worked fine. The toilets constantly wouldn’t flush at all. One would gurgle when another was flushed. The hot water was awful. There was no option for a nice shower it was get in hurry get out because otherwise you were ice cold half way through your shower. Showering 2 adults and a toddler was not pleasant. Overall, beautiful cabin but definitely needs maintenance. Definitely misleading in the description especially for how much we paid for the week including the ridiculous amount of added fees.

The view from the back deck is beautiful. You can watch the sunset and sky light up with color and see the mountains across the lake. The location was perfect, away from the crowds of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg but know that it’s a 40 minute drive to those towns. The pool was closed due to COVID. Brand new grill but nothing to clean it with so we bought a cleaning brush to leave behind. There is still a large stain on the carpet as noted from previous reviews. The hot tub needs a thorough cleaning and was too dirty to use. The porch swing in the photo is broken and one side is not hanging. If you plan on cooking, bring your own frying pan and sharp knives. The pots and pans are not great and the knives barely cut through anything. The wifi isn’t spotty, there is just no internet connection coming to the router for an IP address to provide internet over the wifi network. Overall, not a bad place to stay but don’t expect everything as shown in the listing or photos.

Great views from back deck. Quiet setting. Comfortable beds. Plenty of towels. Because of COVID, pool is closed. Great place if you bring a boat, no water access for swimming. New grill. WiFi is weak. Bring your own hotspot. Pigeon Forge is 30 minutes away and Gatlinburg is 40 minutes away. We lost power due to thunder storm. This meant no water or sewerage. Resolved in 6 hours. Owner did not respond to my emails or call. Needs to provide more written information (Alarm system, flashlights/matches, how to access water, etc.) about cabin and area.
