The view from the pool was gorgeous! And the beach is just a short walk from the house (my toddler had no problem making the walk). The beach right below the house is very rocky. If you are looking for a more traditional beach, the drove is less than 5 mins away. The house was very clean. We brought our own plates, forks/spoons, pillows, and towels... however I would have felt comfortable using the ones provided. The only thing I wish was clearly communicated was the heating of the pool. We paid the extra to heat the pool, but realized it was not heating. When we called the management company the first time they said they call back after looking into the issue but they never called back. The next day I called back again and finally was told that while the hot tub heater is on the pool will not heat. The no contact check in and check out was super easy! Lastly, the house is not really handicap accessible. My grandparents joined us for the stay and all the stairs limited them to the middle level; however, that’s were the best view is anyways!

This is the absolute worst property management I have ever rented from for VRBO. Renter BEWARE!!!!! First they posted amazing pics of the property but it was a complete bait and switch. First of all they do not return messages. After 4 messages, two voicemails and finally a bad yelp review they replied back. We wanted to add pool heating since this was one of the reasons why we rented the house. They charged us extra per day for heating to only find out heater doesn't even work! We have been swimming in a freezing pool. Upon arrival (checkin is at 4:00), we got to the property at 4:30. The house was still a mess and was being "cleaned". The property management stated the house is to PPE standards however it is not. The house is disgusting, dirty, bug traps around the house. Major cons: 1. No towels 2. No paper towels and trash bags - we had to buy our own at a local grocery. 3. Dishes and glasses are completely dirty with FOOD STUCK TO IT!!!!! Mind blowing. Please see pics 4. NO CURTAINS!!!!! It has been a nightmare sleeping on the mast bed. How can a place be so ghetto and cheap they can't even add drapes or anything. 5. All the mattresses are so used and abused they put cheap foam mattress pads on top of the beds to camouflage the mattresses that have been used for decades. 6. Pool- it was dirty and cloudy!!! The pool maintenance had to come twice to try and get the bacteria out and advised us not to swim in the pool for at least 24 hours. Well there goes our trip. 7. Railroad tracks are right next to the house and you can hear trains.. bells.. horns EVERYTHING. 8. Wires hanging everywhere in the house. Electric cords exposed. Complete liability For the price of a 4 night stay for this property it was an absolute rip off and the pictures are a scam!!!!! The house DOES NOT look like this and NOT up to PPE CDC cleaning standards as they are claiming. With COVID going on I do not recommend especially to rent from this company. They do not care about people or their experiences renting their properties. This company needs to be shut down. I have stayed many places in my lifetime and I can't believe how this company just doesn't care and has no pride. Shameful!!!!!

A lovely home for our large family. Well stocked. We love not worrying about the parking here with its huge garage. We utilized two other properties during this trip and noticed the tight parking restrictions in San Clemente. Prior to the Meet and Greet to access the property I had emailed Seabreeze about the handicap elevator. We had one person who would need it. No wheelchair but they have a problem with stairs. They said it should be working. At the Meet and Greet, the agent (Peter?) said a code was required to use it and would get back to us. He nor anyone from SeaBreeze got back to us. The description of the property also mentioned a dumb waiter from the garage. There was a DO NOT TOUCH sign on it. Things that are not available for use should not be advertised in the description. Also, it would be helpful if the SeaBreeze agent showed us how the patio/atrium door locks worked. We figured it out and instructions were taped on the windows but it would have only taken him a few seconds to show us. As we started to cook our first meal, we noticed ants in the pots and pans area. Then we saw ants crawling on the dishes in the cabinets. We contacted SeaBreeze (Kyle) and they said someone would be out with spray and ant traps. They came the next day since it was already evening time. We washed any item in the kitchen prior to using it. It's a good thing because the next morning we were able to see all the ants crawling on the dark counters, islands, and peninsulas. There were ants by the fireplace across from the atrium, the toilet seat of first floor bathroom with a door to the side alley, and the patio area outside of the kitchen. The lady who sprayed and set the ant traps noticed prior ant traps from before. This did not deter the ants. They came back daily. If you set your plate or coffee cup unattended on the island, there would be an ant(s) on it upon your return. Not an enjoyable experience. It was quite windy during our stay. We would suggest getting cushions that can be tied to the furniture. We fished one out of the pool and stacked them to one side. The cushions from the single chairs had to frequently be picked up off the patio floor. We plan to come back next year and would love to stay here again ... just not with the ants.

One of the nicest spots we have stayed. The house is huge and clean. It makes u feel at home except 3 times as big as your home :). The spa and pool are fantastic, you can hang out all day in the spa or pool and enjoy gorgeous sunsets. Each night we hung out my the fire pit outside on the balcony. We paid the extra money to heat the pool, only downside was that it didn’t get heated everyday and was too cold to go in, however the owners were very nice and tried to heat it for us. We will be coming back for sure

We rented the house as our daughters wedding was held at the Ole Hanson Beach Club. It was the perfect location, beautiful setting for photos and very relaxing. We found we did not want to leave the house but sit back and enjoy the beauty of the house and it’s awesome view.
