Boutique Hotel with an excellent vibe and wonderful people! I had breakfast there and it was delicious at a super reasonable price. Location is superb, close enough to the action, but away enough to be super quiet.  Read more
Unique everything. Charming really! Definitely would go back!  Read more

A pleasant experience overall
Jul 2021
It is a nice hotel, not overly uptight, with a lot of character. The friendly, laid-back staff kept my stay stress-free. The room was very large, so there was plenty of room to use as a gathering place for few friends before heading out to explore Santa Monica. Read more

Charming property with a lovely lobby. Antique feel. Have breakfast in the garden. Great location can walk to everything. Staff were super helpful. Read more
It’s just that because of the actual antiquity some things are not convenient such as lack of switches to plug in and very dim lighting.  Read more

It’s a few block from a oceanfront , Santa monica pier and restaurants. It has gorgeous building and interior design Room is big and apartment style: has a full kitchen and nice old school bathtub a lot of closet space Read more

The staff here is only 1 person ( seems like), so very much “quiet” place The worst moment was when we wanted to use elevator right after check in and it gave my partner a strong electric shock. His finger hurts until now. The elevator door’s are heavy and seems like it’s more of a decorative piece... For $800 for 2 nights I would never consider to stay here, for $300 maybe... Read more
