Fantastic 2BD 2BT 5 minutes walking from the beach!
My partner and I decided this is one of our favorite hotels. Obviously the location is important and this achieves that. The room feels extremely comfortable; we loved the clear beach shower vibes that open the elegant rooms up; bed cozy; tv massive. The Staff from lobby/concierge to food servers were accommodating. There were some issues with garage exit, I was stuck several times.

Enjoyed our stay
So glad we stayed here! The room, balcony and location were all wonderful. Parked our car and easily walked every place we wanted to go. Everything was extremely clean and felt very safe from COVID. Had hand sanitizer stations all over the hotel and many other safety measures in place. The hotel security measures were also excellent. Had to use room key to get in elevators, garage and even places in the lobby. Loved everything about this hotel. Every staff member we encountered were extremely friendly and helpful. The room and parking were both quite expensive but worth the splurge in every way!Read more

Location was amazing!! Staff was extremely friendly throughout the hotel, from check in to maintenance staff- even in passing. Food was good. Beds were comfy. Shower gets and stays super hot that was a plus! Would definitely recommend. Read more
The room was a little smaller than portrayed in the photos, which is to be expected I guess. Also, I think having to pay for parking kinda negates the privilege of staying at such a great location. And with such high nightly rates that should honestly be included already. Read more

Didn’t like the lights in room. They constantly went off by themselves and we had to keep getting up to turn back on and also ice machine was broken and had to keep going to another floor on the opposite side of the property. Read more
I wish that they would allow, or have a separate area, in the outside pool/seating area to have outside food. Not very friendly for families with small children who have snacks/their own drinks, like toddlers. Not very family friendly.Read more

Loved the location
The mini bar had nice options. The location was great with the ocean nearby and lots of restaurants and shopping. The exterior sound proofing was very effective however I could still hear my neighbors inside the hotel. The pool closed at 8pm which was a bummer but I believe it was COVID related. We had to keep masks on while indoors and didn’t have any issues. The front desk let us store our bags before and after check in/out since our flights didn’t line up with their policies. Read more
I don’t understand the point of the 360° glass shower in a room with more than one bed. I was staying with my brothers and the privacy shade left gaps that were not ideal when sharing the room with anyone except your significant other maybe. Terrible management the manager wouldn't even make time to speak wt me the booking I made was going to take a deposit of another 300 ony card I booked wt they them refused to take that card and told me to respond another 400 plus the deposit so altogether this hotel wants 700 to stau two nights to me that's next to insane so I cancelled and rebooked spend less than 700 staying at three different hotels all 4 star locations this is not worth the time or money that it takes to stay here and they had multiple different answers for me and even blamed me after I had reconfirmed wt the very staff I had to deal wt weeks previous to my arrival. I think it says enough that the manager wouldn't talk to me. Yes an employee told me he was not available and couldn't talk wt me. Absolutely made me feel unimportant and disrespected. They have two Lil elevators that are too small for the number of guest and pool towels have to be requested
They tried to charge me for liquor and candy that was never consumed by my party
I took that as a slap to my face considering the assistant manager Lena had just given me supposedly discounted rates on my next visit and then they charged me for things I Kno whole hearted we did not use.

The main (almost only) issue I had with the hotel wasn’t the hotel’s fault. It was very busy the weekend we went there and it was very hard to get an Uber or Lyft without waiting for a very long time because of heavy traffic.Read more
One of the best locations we could have asked for in Santa Monica, as right next to the pier and close to food and the beach. Was one of the more affordable options in that area. The hotel and room were all very clean and the beds were pretty comfortable. We found all the staff were very friendly. The doorman, James was always friendly and willing to help. They were also happy to accommodate holding our baggage before check-in and after check-out, which was much appreciated. Read more
The early check in fee is $75 for only two hours early, which I thought was a bit over the top. The fan in the room (455) made an annoying racket when the A/C was on. I should have asked to have it looked at but it felt like too much of a hassle. Due to Covid there was no housekeeping unless requested, so we called and asked to have someone just come take our dirty towels and provide us some new ones but no one ever came. However one of the previous nights we asked to have our room’s phone looked at and they came almost immediately. So can’t complain too much.. Read more
