Ski in - Ski Out! Snowmass Colorado

You can ski right out of the driveway to the slopes-very convinient-which makes it easy to ski home for lunch too! Beautiful house, great lighting and view of the village and mountains. Can't wait to get back!

I have been skiing Snowmass for almost 20 years. I've stayed in condos at the village, off mountain houses, and the hotel. This, by far, is the best spot I have stayed in. The location is great, mid mountain between Green Cabin and Adams Ave runs. It is true ski in-ski out and has many features geared towards skiers, especially the mud room with separate access outside and plent of storage for skis, boots, etc. The layout, with 4 rooms each having its own bathroom and deck. The wide open living area is ideal for families or groups of friends. There is a well-equipped, modern kitchen and a huge table so meal prep and dinig is effortless. Bottom line, it was everyting we expected. John, the owner, was very helpful. He made certain the managment company was expecting us and provided his number in the event any issue might arise. It didn't, but it was a nice touch to provide contact ability. John called on our last night just to check up and make sure we had a great time...we did. Bottom line, this is a great house to rent and John is a quality guy to rent from.

This is a wonderful, well-designed and nicely furnished home in a great location. The owner was very easy to work with and had many great suggestions in helping us to plan our stay. We cooked in every night and appreciated the well-equipped kitchen. The ski-out involved a short walk along the road downhill and the ski-in might be tricky if the snow is not adequate, but it is doable. The local cab service which is subsidized by the resort is the way to get around Snowmass if you don't have a car, which we didn't. We enjoyed the views from the balconies off all bedrooms, and spent apres-ski in the hot tub! Our group of 8 ladies from all over the country do this kind of trip every year and this is one of the nicest homes we have stayed in.

Very well equipped family home with a great location in snowmass. Kitchen and rooms are perfect for a visiting family. Ski out is a bit of a challenge for non-expert skiers but easy to park vehicles at home and take bus or park at base camp. great week. Many thanks John.

We have stayed in about 10 ski houses or condos over the years and this is by far the best place we've ever stayed. This house reflects a lot of thought, time and expense. It is a fantastic house for large families or multiple couples. It has 4 bedrooms on 3 different floors, one of which is on the main level with the living areas. The bedrooms are all large, with comfortable beds and lovely linens. The bathrooms are all a good size and nicely done. The kitchen is a good size and amazingly well appointed for a rental. The living room has comfortable and nice furniture and a dining room table that seats 8 comfortably. There is a large mud room/laundry room that has a large washer and dryer. The owner, John could not have been nicer or more accommodating. All in all, it's a fantastic house!

Our family rang in the New Year with my brother & his family at the Butler House. We couldn't have picked a more comfortable home to stay in. The radiant heat in the floors kept room temps so toasty we barely had to touch the thermostat. Each floor even had their own thermostat control. The large mud room had space, racks & benches for all our ski gear. The hot tub was so relaxing after a long day of skiing. The kitchen was stocked with far more than I've ever seen in a rental home & made cooking large meals terrifically easy. All the bedding & towels were plush and just what we'd want in our own home. Our group of 8 had plenty of space to spread out in the kitchen, living area & dining room. Ski out was tricky and not for novices, but several of us used the paths by the house. Ski in was definitely easier to access. The Snowmass shuttle came in handy a few times and was just $5 per ride. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again - loved the owner, John Butler, his attention to detail, checking in with us and making sure we were well taken care of from beginning to end!
