Contactless Check-In and Out Procedures:
We have always used contactless check-in and out procedures and will continue to do so. We provide each guest with a unique code to access the property throughout the stay.
Cleaning and Disinfecting Protocol:
We are following the Vacation Rental Managers Association and the CDC standards to ensure our homes are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. Additionally, we are supplying our staff with gloves and masks and using a professional laundry service to handle all linens. We also stock our homes with cleaning products, hand soap, hand sanitizer, and paper products.
Masks are required by our County when in a public building or when outdoors but unable to maintain distance. If needed, we are happy to provide you with disposable masks. Reusable masks are also available for purchase at many of the retailers in our area.
