Ground Floor. Upgraded end unit on the 18th hole of the Fazio Course. Hawaiian décor, bedroom A/C, Two TV's, VCR and DVD player, Wi-Fi. King-sized bed, newly upgraded kitchen. New tile flooring and quiet screened-in lanai. Nice walk-in shower (no tub). Welcome to Kuilima Estates, the condo property located on the grounds of world-renowned Turtle Bay. The condos are surrounded by two beautifully manicured golf courses and are the only condos on the North Shore. This is a great place to relax, rewind, and restore, and a world away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The condo property is a short walk to the hotel and to a lovely, sheltered, coved beach, where you can swim, snorkel, and surf. We have our pools, with lounge chairs, an outdoor shower, and charcoal BBQ grills. Bring your own equipment and play tennis on our courts at no charge. Experience the comforts of home as you experience aloha! Since we are in a tropical environment, it is common to see insects and geckos in the condos. No amount of spraying will completely eliminate insects, especially ants.  TA-191-550-0544-01,GE-191-550-0544-01 Read more

A Condo with a Resort Feel
We loved the condo. 167E was very clean and in good condition. It was well stocked even though the info said only enough for two days. There was a hair dryer, too. The screened in porch with a table and chairs made it easy to have morning coffee or evening cocktails outside. It overlooks the golf course but it was very quiet and private. I was concerned that it was close to the street, but it was not noisy. We did not have an issue with bugs. There were some ants, particularly by the window, but the ant traps seemed to keep things under control. We wiped counters and kept the food in the refrig so there was no reason for ants to come in. The air conditioner was great for the bedroom. The fan in the living room was adequate. This unit is closer to the Turtle Bay resort making it convenient to use their beach, jacuzzi and pool. (There is a more private pool for the condo complex, but no jacuzzi.) You need your own beach towels unless you have a friend staying there who can get you a card to get the resort towels. Towels(for $10), beach mats, and other supplies are available at the Foodland store (about 15 min by car).Half day trips were easy in both directions to Waimea Valley and Laie. The famous public beaches looked inviting and had ample parking during the week. We liked Olas, although it is the expensive restaurant on the beach at Turtle Bay. We also liked the golf course restaurant, Lei leis, a little more reasonable. We ate at a Haleiwa Harbor restaurant, too. Sandwiches from Ted's Bakery were great! The sushi and poke' from the grocery store was very good, too! <br/>Our only complaint about the condo was the lights from the parking lot shine right into the bedroom window. A couple of blackout shades similar to the one on the living room window would be an inexpensive way to solve that problem. Overall, we had a wonderful, relaxing time in the condo and at Turtle Bay!  Read more
