Welcome to the Whatabeach House JR! This brand new home is located in Station Place on the gulf side of Port Aransas. Station Place is a new development that offers a community pool and boat parking*. This is a relatively small development with only 9 units but there is ample parking for 2-3 standard size vehicles along the side of the home and for a golf cart in the front. There is no through traffic, so guests can feel a little more at ease with the kids playing outside. Enjoy hanging out with family and friends together in the open concept floor plan of the living, dining, and kitchen. Tile floors, ship lap walls, granite counters, and stainless steel appliances make this a truly fabulous space. The master bedroom has a king size bed, large walk in closet, flat screen TV, and an en suite bath with tiled walk in shower. Down the hallway you will find two guest rooms separated by a full bath. The first guest room features a queen size bed and flat screen TV. Your kids will have a blast in the emoji themed bunk room which comes equipped with a flat screen TV and an X-box game system! All televisions are smart TVs and feature DirecTV Now streaming service. Guests are welcome to login to Netflix, Hulu, etc. with their own account. The home also includes an automatic power inflatable air mattress for extra guests. This home features a lot of little extras that will make your vacation even more awesome! There is a charging station for cell phones and tablets along with a bluetooth speaker for playing music, wireless internet service and a coffee bar with both traditional drip and K-cup coffee makers. There is also a charcoal grill on the side of the house that guests can use to grill a delicious meal. This grill has a unique "tailgate" feature for easy transport. Outside you will find many beach toys and chairs that the owner has provided for their guests to use. *Boats are allowed in the single assigned space at the front. Boats must fit within the normal sized parking space. Attention Winter Texans! This property is available from November through March at $1650 a month. Calendar months only with a 2 month minimum after Jan 1. City of Port Aransas STR#537504 WHAT IS PROVIDED: • Kitchens are well equipped with basic cooking needs (dishes, silverware, pots, pans, coffee maker, microwave and large appliances). Note that food products such as spices or seasoning are not provided for safety reasons. • All our properties are supplied with one set of sheets for all beds. Bath towels are supplied per number of people the house sleeps. We do not provide beach towels. • A start up supply of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and dish soap will be provided. After that, the guest is responsible for any additional needs. • Suggested items to bring are beach towels, extra paper goods (toilet paper, facial tissue and paper towels), extra pillows if you wish to sleep with more than one, coffee filters, spices/seasoning, bathing soap and shampoo, extra dish soap, extra trash bags, sun tan lotion/sun block and beach gear. SELF CATERING: All of our properties are self-catering. No maid or towel service is provided during your stay.
