The place was nice and communication was mostly good. We were able to get in early and that was nice but we were only provided with one parking pass. This was a huge problem and this information was not provided in the listing. When there is a unit with a 6 person capacity there should be 2 parking spaces provided. We found this out at check in and it put undue stress for us. The only option given at check-in was to pay for parking in a public parking lot at 25.00 per day. We did this and paid for the 1st 24 hours but unfortunately we were given a 50.00 parking ticket even though we had the receipt for the parking. With this being said no one wants to spend any of their vacation having to appeal a parking ticket, especially when it was a mistake. I would love to give a more favorable review of our trip but the parking issue and unexpected expense put a negative light on our experience.

Location was great. Had a couple problems but manager handled immediately. Needs some upgrades on interior. Furniture dirty, mattresses worn. Kitchen was well stocked.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Anyone coming to IOP is crazy if they do not use Island Realty for all their vacation experiences. They understand IOP and what keeps us coming back year after year! The ONLY place to go for your vacation plans.

Giving grace on the updates done cosmetically and provisions within, the property was lacking in some functional updates. Issues with plumbing, appliances, and A/C put a damper on our stay. The location and convenience and vibe of the area was absolutely amazing!
