Staff ready to help, room very clean on arrival and housekeeping did a good job on their turndown, location is top with a wonderful view

No hotdogs or sausage in breakfast, almost no label in breakfast, no barista to do your coffee but a machine, is it a four star hotel or three? some of the staff gave quick cold fast replies rather than giving a warm atmosphere. Almost no label in English, extremely needed if you have more than a single building, the suite room felt more like a Deluxe room, room was so hot our chocolate bought from outside got ruined melted, they had ready fans so it might be a common problem. Sauna instructions were not clear, receptionist said the opposite of what the rule was written on in the room

Staff at outdoors eating booth incredibly rude, on numerous days and occasions so definitely common, really needs looked at to improve overall experience

Astonishing view -fun to arrive on the little train.

No air con. Very unhelpful Receptionist ;she appeared to be totally uninterested in providing information. When we arrived at the little station from which one walks up to the hotel ,guests are asked to telephone the hotel to arrange luggage pick up…Reception didn’t answer. Luckily for us a hotel employee arriving for work called and organised luggage pick up. When asked about taxis/uber she just replied ‘she didn’t know’.
