I would choose this apartment again

The apartment was really cute, ideal for one/two people. Comfortable bed, washing machine, spacious living room 👌🏼 Pretty nice rooftop terrace with amazing view. The owner is very friendly and helpful man. Location is great, in the middle of the city centre.

The shower cabin was leaking, and the bathroom door wasn’t working properly. During hot days, it could get very warm in the apartment. There is a fan you can use, but it won’t cool down the entire apartment.

The location is good

The owner is very unorganized. Unclear communication. Last minute Sent me to wrong location, while I was in the right location. Made me waste 2h on logistics. He was supposed to refund me of my taxi bill (5eur) and I have not seen the payment through. I didn’t want to leave a review for the bad experience. But I extremely dislike people who do not honor their words. The location is good.

Deceptive listing: 5th floor, no elevator, dysfunctional toilet, no laundry machine.

It was difficult to like much because of all of the problems, but the views from the terrace were fine, and the bed was okay. I guess if you are a backpacker who knows what to expect and has little to carry and generally low expectations, and if the price is right (which it isn't), it could work fine for you.

Lots of problems: 1) It is on the 5th floor, without an elevator. The staircase becomes progressively darker and more narrow as you go up. The listing does not share this info, yet it should. I had to carry 30kg of luggage up 5 flights at 11:30pm. I never would have chosen this apartment knowing this. 2) It is an attic/style apartment with a slanted roof. You can't stand anywhere close to the back wall, which includes near the toilet. Given that you can only stand about 3 feet from the toilet, you'll need to sit to pee. 3) They promised a washing machine and even had a picture of it in the listing. Not only was there no machine, but the kitchen has been changed and now there isn't even room for it. 4) The day I was checking in the host informed me that the toilet had issues and he provided instructions on how to stick my hand into the wall to flush it. My hand didn't fit, only my fingers did, and I couldn't adjust the mechanical parts. So, I flushed the toilet with a pot of water from the kitchen (which only partially worked). 5) Mediocre wifi. 6) big holes in the wall in the kitchen and under the bathroom sink (sloppy remodeling) – All of these issues were known to the host, and he chose not to mention them in the listing. It has been 5 days (I waited to make this review), and it still doesn't share any of the above. I left after one night, and the host agreed to refund me without penalty for the unused nights. (He tried to move me to a louder apartment, no thanks.) But why am I paying for the miserable night? I paid full price for one night for a place without the washing machine I expected, without the toilet functioning, without being able to stand to pee, and having carried 30kg up and down that horrible staircase. It impacted my travel plans. When customer support requested him to refund the night, they told me he said that he was at a loss, too. Really?

Buena ubicación

Estaban en obras cuando fuimos en el resto del edificio, ático 4 piso sin ascensor, mucho calor (aunque es cierto que hay un aire acondicionado, pero no es cómodo ya que va por tubuladuta), cocina equipada pero algo incomoda
