Proximity to centre and quaint building.

Lack of hot water for shower and safe not working. The water issue was solved on request but the safe wasn’t rectified. We thought that the images for our dwelling were a little misleading as all three apartment images were shown together and it wasn’t until closer inspection it became obvious that there were no east chairs in our bedroom.

Good location near the temple of Apollo and walking distance from the train station (20 minutes). Place was exceptionally clean. Shower was fantastic. Elevator was great particularly with big suitcases.

The first room we were allocated was very small. Smaller than the photos even depicted with limited natural light. The front door of our original apartment would not shut one day and luckily there is a security gate in the courtyard preventing people entering the room. However, Fabio was very helpful and quick to rectify the issue by allocating us to another room/upgraded us. Clearer guidelines on the rubbish collection was needed perhaps even a printed version in the room would help.

Adorei tudo! A localização é excelente, com estacionamento próximo e fácil acesso. A decoração é linda, feita com muito bom gosto, e o apartamento tem tudo o que é necessário para passar dias muito agradáveis e confortáveis. O check-in e o check-out foram simples e práticos, tornando toda a experiência ainda melhor. Foi uma estadia perfeita e eu certamente voltaria. Espero me hospedar aqui novamente em breve!

Our second stay in the apartment. The location is nice, the look of the apartment is fantastic, the amenities are great.

When we arrived the apartment was icy cold. We froze for the first two days, the apartment got heated enought on the third. It was very moist inside. The floors are cold, which is expected. The terrace was in dirty bad condition, we did not use it at all. The worst thing apart from the cold was the noise. There is a bar 10-15 meters from the apartment and the noise is dreadful. There is no sound isolation at all - the bedrooms are super noisy from people walking by, shouting and the bar noises. We slept poorly because of the noise from the street. We paid a very high price for the apartment and expected excellency - instead we got the worst stay of our 3-week trip in Sicily even though the weather was fine.
