The view was breathtaking from room 408. The shower was hot, breakfast was good, hotel was charming. We called the hotel when we arrived to have a porter meet us at the train station to pick up our luggage on an electric cart, and take it up to the hotel, since it is a car less town, and has a long uphill road to the hotel.
Had only one outlet in the bedroom area to use, none near the bed. Room was very warm, with no fan and no air conditioning.

Absolutely stunning view of the mountains from the room.
Room was a little outdated but wanted to be hiking and exploring so only used the room for sleeping.

Location!
The staff in the restaurant were not very polite. The absence of fans during summer was a huge problem. I booked a room with a balcony. But did not expect it to be shared with adjoining rooms. Though it has a beautiful view could spend time privately. Could not keep the balcony door open though it was so hot.

Good location - old building charm - authentic - people at the reception were really nice - room overall comfy and clean
The “spa” area is a small sauna and hammam
Breakfast was really our disappointment : not a lot of choice (bread for example), presentation was really poor, quality of the products (vegetables were dry) and the service was not really good -> small improvements could really make a difference
