Location and the vibe. The new bakery is excellent. Good to have new tvs in rooms. Great heating and space in the rooms. Good pub food. Hot tub relaxing.
Bed by the window in room 6 needs replacing, it has a 45 degree slope on the mattress- just awful. Could do with a mirror even just inside wardrobe door.

Love coming to the Cardrona hotel. Sitting by the fire there’s nothing better. Meals were great and staff super friendly.
