Breakfast was fresh and apartment clean. Communication and location are also ideal. The air conditioning and shower worked really well.

Not so much a dislike, but the stair climb to the apartment, which obviously cannot be helped. I think there should be a notification on the advert about this incase someone with a disability or not of good fitness unknowingly booked. Could do with a headboard in the main bedroom and also better curtains. Finally, some bigger/better towels and towel rails to hang them after a shower.

O chuveiro era uma delícia, mas o box é minúsculo, eu sou relativamente magra e ainda assim era bem incômodo meio claustrofóbico, e também não tem onde colocar as coisas de banho. A toalha poderia ser melhor (realmente parece toalha de rosto rs, como dito em outras avaliações) pelo preço e o que acomodação sugere seria pouco investimento e uma boa melhoria colocar umas tolhas normais.

I stayed in the “Limão” suite. The check-in instructions were very clear, and the room was very clean, though not particularly cozy. Unfortunately, the building is quite noisy — the tram runs all night, and even on the 4th floor, it feels like it’s passing right through the room. The bed was comfortable enough, but the pillows were terrible, and the covers were too thin for October. I also paid for breakfast but never went because it wasn’t clear that it’s served at an external café with very limited hours (8–9 a.m.). The hotel should be upfront about this when booking. Sadly, I didn’t sleep at all due to the constant noise and could even hear other guests entering their units. Overall, I probably wouldn’t stay here again.

Noisy on all the levels, not cozy, covers were thin and pillows uncomfortable. I did not sleep a minute
