Great location and very friendly staff. Irina at the front desk was very professional and helpful with all my requests. I had a room facing the courtyard, so there was no street noise at all. Overall, a great value for money, especially for a short stay.

I did not experience unpleasant experiences.

Location is amazing! Experience Prague like a local and at the same time being close to the main attractions of the city. Charming neighborhood.

The room was very warm on the first two nights, of course it was summer, so normal, but it was very difficult to sleep. Maybe some fan would be a good item to have around

Good location, right next to metro station and walkable distance from the city center (~20mins). The building is old so don't expect any luxury, but it was good enough for our needs. Daily cleaning and the staff were nice.

It's more like a bed to sleep in and a shower to wash up in than a hotel. We had a broken hairdryer, were told at reception we can ask for another one from them, but the fact that it closes before 20:00 and we, as tourists exploring Prague, were still out and about, meant that I had to dry my hair next to the radiator at the end. Power plugs are few and in inconvenient spots - again, expected in an old building but it can easily be fixed with some power strips or something. There was a constant smell of sewage in our bathroom, the floor was creaky and there was no sound insulation.
