Hotel Ambasador - Liburnia

Perfect beach, super delicious breakfast and dinner. It's convenient that there is a restaurant for lunches. I enjoyed SUPs

Location and food are superb, wellness is amazing

- rooms are very outdated and badly insulated, you can hear people from hall and neighbours - we aksed for baby cot and instead we got extra bed from ex yugoslavia - definetly not a 5* hotel - there was no pillow for baby, no baby towels and no baby cosmetics which is unacceptable for 5* hotel which we paid almost 1000€ for 2 nights, this is provided in all hotels we visited with baby so we were negatively surprised -vanity products are bad and there were no q tips provided (vanity products were the same then in 4* hotel of theirs) -drinks excluded at dinner but at breakfast included, no logic at all - shade on the balcony was not working - light in the coffee cabinet was broken and was blinking all night - when we arrived all sunbeds at beach and pool were take due to people reserving deckchairs even if they werent at the pool all day and staff quite doesnt care -minibar full of useless stuff, wasnt able to put baby food in the fridge and fridge wasnt stable at all because there is a hole in the wardrobe beneath fridge

The room was clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic and the lady making eggs and pancakes was very nice and friendly. Helped me to figure a couple things out. Should should be given a raise. The hours breakfast was served was perfect. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful and the staff parking cars was very efficient.

Housekeeping didn't check on things when they made the room up. We had to ask for toilet paper and tissues.

There are 3 lifts which work too slowly. Spa zone might be larger. Parking 10euro
