It was in a great location near the center of the city, and I loved how responsive and helpful the staff were. The room was gigantic and comfortable.
The only issue is that the bathtub plugged didn’t work so even though I’ve tried to fill the tub, it leaked out. Very small thing, no

Clean, comfortable, really friendly staff, 24hr reception, great location walking distance to all central Lisbon attractions, Metro within moments.
Because Safira is a beautiful old building, there is no lift for luggage and the stairs are steep and narrow. I have no complaint about this, but be aware if you are booking with heavy luggage!

Good value for money, staff helped with bags up and down narrow stairs
Our room overlooked a nice park, unfortunately very noisy in park late at night. Even just traffic noise was quite loud
