The property was beautiful, clean, and relaxing, with a private-feeling beach, nice breeze, and plenty of chairs and drinks available. The pool area was also great, especially the lazy river, and the staff were generally friendly once you engaged with them.
The biggest disappointment was the food, which was mostly bland and average, especially in the larger dining areas, although the Indian restaurant was much better. Some of the restaurants were also very hot, and while the staff were nice, some did not initially come across as very approachable.

Staff using guest toilets, one incident where staff member blocked up the toilet after being in there for some time

The property is very spacious, staff are friendly and full of entertainment.
I didn’t find any fault with the property.
