Very convenient, great location, quiet, clean and comfortable. Fabulous amenities. Definitely will be booking again!

This place has an unobstructed ocean view from its private balcony from every room. Sunrises were awesome every morning from our balcony. Very comfortable and clean room and had everything we needed. Owner was very accommodating with a lot of information on the facilities on the resort and was always available if we had any questions. The resort was very exceptional with lots of pools jacuzzis steam room exercise rooms and also an indoor pool. Beach was awesome with a restaurant grill and hotel next door had a beach bar. Stayed last year at the Icona next door it was very nice but this place was incredible. Can't wait to come back next year.

The property is gorgeous. Beautiful grounds with lots of things to do. There is three beautiful outdoor pools and an indoor pool too. A very quick walk to the beach. Everything exceeded our expectations!

Location and facilities. Perfect. Well cared for.

First-the owner failed to show up until 4 hours past checkin. She refused to send the door code until that very day. Although I had paid in full a month previous. I traveled with my 9 month old grandchild (she was well aware) and my daughter and son-in-law. Has to contact the condo management to contact her as she was not responding and did not meet us as previously arranged. (Management association were fabulous). It came to the point where they were going to place us in another location as it was very late -the only other option was to sleep in the car or go back home. They finally reached her. She called said “my phone died”. Like what??? She was rude and dismissive of her unprofessional behavior . Once in the condo we noticed an old filthy bathroom with black sludge in the shower. (Have photos). I had to go out-at 10 at night, buy cleaning materials and tools. Scrub the bathtub and we all finally go to rest around midnight! Safety issue-burned light socket!! See photo. BTW-gross stains on our the bedding. We purchased our own blankets to use. Lovely sign on the fridge stating “this is our him-not a business/rental”. Keep it clean..etc. Moreover, The condo association president lived next door. Had the audacity to berate me for “slamming” the door. My guy-it’s just how the door closes. Not my fault your facility needs updated doors. Lastly, she expected us to act as the cleaning service and make everything cleaned and ready for the next guest. For $4985 for a VACATION rental I should not have to clean your rental unit! I cleaned (cause I’m not a lowlife) She contacted me calls and texts and pictures of sand in the floor (sorry-it’s the beach, I did my best), and a photo of the towels I had washed and dried-some were left in the dryer(gosh). Her parting/last photo was that of the lint trap! For 1 load of towels. I never imagined I’d be required to inspect a lint trap on my one annual vacation.
