The apartment was very clean and the location was very good and within walking distance to a lot of attractions. It was great that there was a washer onsite for our laundry. The management staff was very friendly and helpful in solving hot water issues in the apartment.

This is technically a 1 bedroom apartment and should NOT be advertised as a 2-bedroom. As you enter the apartment, you will find the living room, kitchen and a 1/2 bathroom on the ground floor. You then ascend 2 flights of stairs to reach the sleeping areas. At the top of the stairs, there is a common area that they called a bedroom (bedroom 1) with 2 single beds . You will need to go through this "bedroom" to access the full bathroom and a smaller bedroom with a queen sized bed (bedroom 2). If 2 couples share the apartment, only the couple in bedroom 2 will have privacy as bedroom 1 is technically a common area. I felt that we overpaid for this stay as we could have gotten a 1-bedroom apartment in the same area that could have accommodated us for much less. Also, the apartment has no air-conditioning although they provided fans. While the ground floor was breezy with the windows open. The window in bedroom 2 upstairs was rather small and it can get pretty stuffy in the room especially in summer I can imagine. They required a 200 euros (US$215) security deposit to be deposited into their bank account ahead of the stay which they will refund after you check-out. I just received the security deposit back and I only got US$186 back even though there was no damage reported in the apartment. Perhaps it was to cover transfer fees but a $30 fee seems pretty high via Paypal.
