Bica FLH Suites

Very clean property with helpful staff. The breakfast was also very nice. Only issue is that they do not have an elevator, so I had to carry my luggage up the stairs. However, it was only one floor up, so it was not a huge inconvenience. I would stay here again.

Lovely boutique hotel. Lots of character and conveniently located to restaurants, cafes! Surprised the buffet has a lot of choices and tasty! I wished we could have stayed longer but they were sold out for the weekend!

The hotel is charming and the staff very friendly and professional. We woke up to the smell of warm chocolate croissants every day from the breakfast buffet two floors below. It was 90 degrees in Lisbon during our stay and the air conditioning was not working well the first two nights but was fixed by the third night. Other than that everything was excellent. The staff helped us arrange an airport shuttle as we needed to be at the airport before the metro began operating, but otherwise the metro station was only a couple of blocks away. The neighborhood felt very safe, it was a great location to explore Lisbon from.

The place was nice and centrally located. The AC could have been a little colder and struggled to keep the room cool.
