Beach House Caparica
The Beach House is literally ON THE BEACH.
The House is on the Beach Dunes just 10 meters from the Beach and 50 meters from the sea (depends on the tide :)
Simple but functional.
Privacy like no other.
The Beach House has two independent floors but only the ground floor is accessible to guests.
There are two independent rooms one with a double bed and the other with two single beds (that you can turn into a double). There is a double sofa-bed on the living room.
There is a crib (travel bed) available.
Most of my free time is spent at the Beach House (on the top floor). When I'm there I'll be glad to help in any way.
It's very common to be with my family on the first floor at the same time guests are on the ground floor.
No parties allowed.
Must coordinate with the host if intended to bring outside guests during the stay.

We truly enjoyed our stay in Caparica. With being about 30 mins from the airport and 30 mins to the city in an uber was convenient when we decided to adventure out. We loved how close the house was to the beach and to Cabana na Praia (we went here multiple times during our stay trying out their cafe, pastries, delicious hamburgers & sangria… very well priced also). We didn’t know about the 200 meter walk in sand to the beach house so that was a surprise & a struggle carrying all our luggage then our groceries. Overall it was a good experience.

Casa bem equipada com boas condições, localizada mesmo na praia. Ideal para férias tanto no verão com no inverno.
Proprietário muito simpático e atencioso, teve especial cuidado para garantir que tínhamos todas as condições de aquecimento para os dias frios de inverno.
Experiência a repetir.
