I come to Pigeon Forge several times a year and Guest Inn is the only place I will stay. They have the most amazing staff and they make you feel like you are family.

Room was sorta small but definitely served the purpose. Great location close to restaurants and attractions. Front desk attendant was helpful and nice. Hall carpet could use cleaning. Pool was small but nice.

The bathroom was very small and the ice machine on the top floor was not working. They didn't have breakfast there but they are very close to several options for breakfast. The staff was great everyone we met said hi and asked if we needed anything. The beds were very comfortable and made when we got back to the room every day with fresh towels waiting to. The a/c worked great as did the TV. Overall just a great place.
