We had a top floor room, and it was very quaint and clean. The air conditioning worked well, and it was a hot July weekend, so it was necessary. The bed and pillows were comfortable. I had never had a remote check-in/front desk experience, but the staff answered texts very promptly, and sent very thorough communications. The location is central to the Old Town sights, walkable to the boardwalk, Citadel, pedestrian areas, and Plains of Abraham.

Loved v this charming spot in old town!
Our bathroom door didn't close, they came to fix it in the morning. Lovely staff , prompt phone assistance ( it's a keyless property).
Fabulous restaurant next door! First rate location!

The room was spacious and clean, and the bathroom was really nice too. The location was perfect, right in the heart of Old Quebec, so it was easy to walk everywhere.
I never actually met the staff in person, but they were always quick to reply to my messages, which I really appreciated.
My only complaint was the Wi-Fi. It was pretty slow and spotty, so I ended up using my data the whole time. That was a bit frustrating since I needed it for work.
