On the ground floor is one bedroom next to the lounge, kitchen and eating area. Perfect for elder persons that do not want to climb stairs. There is a bathroom right next door. The lounge, kitchen and dinning area have lots of space to prepae meals or just lounge around. Open the glass doors and you are a few meters from the pool. A big BBQ area to make some outside grills.

The area is what we call the centre of Calheta as there are some local shops, a small supermarket, health centre and local restaurants. The access is near main streets that go down to Calheta Beach in 4 minutes, Rabaçal in 15 minutes and to the express was in 5 minutes.

The house gets sun the whole day long but open the windows and you feel a slight cool brezze passing the house.
