ideally located, comfortable and quiet villa, near the most beautiful beaches Falesia, and two major cities, Villamora (golf, marina, casino ...) 5 km and Albufeira new lively city (bar, pub, disco) in 3 km and Albufeira Velha (old port, old town center) 5 km. The villa has been completely renovated, central air conditioning. Close to all amenities many restaurants, super market, bakery ect ....

Very clean and well presented. We enjoyed our stay, well located within easy each of most places and walkable to restaurants and the beach.I have not given full marks for communication with the owners as it was a little concerning to arrive at the property with no information about access to the property despite emails to the owners. Once we arrived my name was on the gate and we looked for the keys.Just a suggestion but a starter pack of dishcloth, washing up liquid, salt and matches for the stove could be something that is provided or retained in the cupboard from previous visitors for the next occupants.

The house is in a quiet location and is very spacious. It has 3 rooms each one with it's private bathroom and double bed. There is an additional guest bathroom on the ground floor. The pool is awesome, and Dona Helena is also very nice and super helpful!The only negative thing I have to point out is that there are no cushions for the sun loungers...And lying straight in the plastic is not very comfortable.Otherwise we had an amazing time and would like to come back!!
