The Apartment stands for an unbeateable location and a stunning decor. Based on the 5th floor of a building with elevator, La Concha beach is a short walk further. Clean and neat. All of the facilities work well and the manual provided was really helpful. Overall we had a great stay.
Though the apartment itself looks renewed/newly renovated, the building itself is falling apart. The stairs is leaning. And you can visibly see the cracks on the walls. That's why I rated the service as 7. The lift is too small. The neighbour also always shut the door very loud, which is also not fine to hear, but that's out of control of your company I believe.
