Between Rua 31 de Janeiro and São Bento Station, this studio places you in the heart of Porto's Lower Town, just minutes from the city's main monuments, restaurants and historic streets. A privileged location to discover Porto entirely on foot.

This apartment deviates from the traditional layout of a studio. The sleeping area is located on the mezzanine, freeing up the remaining space for a comfortable living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area, organised in a fluid and functional manner.

Large windows run the full height of the façade, allowing natural light to travel through the apartment throughout the day and enhancing the building's architecture. The combination of wood, neutral tones and contemporary lines creates a serene, comfortable and timeless environment.

The organisation of space allows each environment to have its own identity, whilst always maintaining a pleasant sense of spaciousness. The complete bathroom follows the same language, prioritising simplicity, functionality and comfort.

Designed for two people, this is a space where architecture, light and functionality coexist naturally, providing a comfortable stay in the heart of Porto.
